Lines are ridiculous. Like, plan to stand in line for 45-60 minutes most afternoons… every day. Managers… you know this is an issue. Maybe schedule more workers for the checkouts? You’re balk rate this through the roof with customers leaving when they see the lines!

Poor customer service, characterized by unprepared staff or individuals who are not inclined to work with people. The service I experienced was from someone who seemed to prefer an empty store.

While HomeGoods and TJ Maxx are sister stores, they have no business being housed in the same building! They lost so much space doing so leading to each store being small and cramped feeling in comparison to when they’re stand alone buildings. These stores are much better separated, where there is more room to walk around, less clutter, and faster check out.TLDR: Small, cluttered, and long lines due to the stores being conjoined. Staff is nice though.

Today I visited this TJ Max to return an item. While I was doing the return my wife was at the jewelry counter looking at a sterling silver necklace. She tried to see if she could put it on without opening it and was told by the jewelry person not to do that. My wife informed me about what happened so I went over to talk to the same person. When I questioned her about what happened she got all defensive and nasty. It was obvious she had no customer service skills whatsoever. When working with the public you should treat people with respect and kindness. The world needs more respect and empathy not hatred.

There is a such a thing as too much stock and unfortunately the only area that does not have this problem is the clothing and beauty aisles. Despite that there are great finds and better quality than some other similar style stores in the area. Unlike those places this location has actual popular brands at great prices. Getting there early to get through the offerings is essential, but it is my go to place for my favorites like Peter Thomas Roth, Ole Henriksen, SuperGoop, Laniege, Calvin Klein, Zara, Rachel Zoe, Bearpaw. Every once in a while you will find luxury brands as well.

Terrible service ? the cashiers are very angry and they serve with a lot of money and they only serve 2 registers when there are like 15 and it takes like 40 minutes for the line of people ?
