Being a frequent customer at the UPS store, 2804 W Highway 54 Peachtree City, GA is a pleasant experience every time! The staff is a well oiled machine I feel due to the owners most often present and helping customers along side their employees. Today, I had a large packing + shipping order (6 large heavy items), and the staff members all worked together as a team to get in done! They are always friendly and efficient. I am fortunate to live close to this UPS location, but if I didn’t I’d drive across town to get there!!!
Bonus: Sometimes I bring my dog with me on the golf cart; they always have a doggie treat ready for her…Finley loves the UPS store too!

This older female stuff is very rude every single time I visit this location. From unsealed packages to notary paperwork, she can find whatever you did “wrong” or “not meeting the requirements” and reject the services. I can’t believe she is still around. I will never return to this location ever again.

Excellent customer service. I wish I would have gotten the young lady’s name today 10/5. It was a chaotic afternoon and she was so kind to help us with so many packages and had the best attitude. Thank you!

Came in for Passport Photos for my two boys. The staff was excellent with them. Very patient trying to get two young boys to sit still and pose for a passport photo. My oldest said on the way out, when can we come back. Great customer service! Thanks!

The individuals who serve at this location are so friendly and helpful for all of your needs. When it comes to shipping, packaging, and sll the other services they offer, you are sure to get the help you need for getting things done. They cater to the needs of each individual who comes into the store and I like that a lot. I'm happy to take my business to them because I get exactly what I expect when I leave the store, and that's a smile because they make life much easier for me with the things I have to do.
