Tonya and Tom are amazing!They are so patient, so knowledgeable and just all around good people. They helped my wife and I find a home in this tough market. They went above and beyond for us and found ways to make appointments work.We needed a lot of advice along the way and they pointed out really poignant things at the right moments and ultimately got us closed in a home we love.

Tonya is the best from beginning to end. She knows the process, has amazing advice, knows all the right and best people if you need help moving, cleaning, selling furniture and knick-knacks, and any haul off needs. She responds quickly and kindly to every question. Her team is incredible and stay by your side until all papers are signed. The entire process was absolutely pleasant!!

We relocated from FL to GA and they truly took their time to ensure we bought a home in the right area and neighborhood that would be a great fit for us and our kids. Tom and Tonya Byrd are top notch when it comes to buying or selling a residence. We have now had the pleasure twice to deal with The Byrd Group, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a team who is dedicated to making the buying/selling process seamless. No double talk from this team. You don't understand, they go out of their way to make sure all aspects of the process are explained. I find them Firm, Fair and Consistent in a world of double talkers. We received many offers for our home sale recently in a short period of time. This team broke down all the offers, laid them out on an easy to read spreadsheet, and helped to answer all questions regarding the offers, we might have had. From Staging our residence to make it show easily for others to see it as their own and make an offer, to the last minute of closing and after, they were always there. We couldn't have asked for better partners to team up with for our family. Do yourself a favor and look them up, if we could use them in Florida where we have relocated to, we would, but they have done us a solid here as well and will be hooking us up with a fellow Keller Williams partner when we are ready to purchase our next home. I can't say enough good things about this team. Thanking them both once again for making a stressful situation seamless.

Where do I start!! We are from Boston, so buying a house in Ga. can be challenging to say the least. Tonya and Tom made the whole process seamless. Tonya was always available for a phone call or a virtual tour of a house we saw along the way. Always listening to what we were looking for in our retirement home, knowing what we wanted and of the course the the most important is what we didn't want. These two work as team so it felt like I had two realtors searching for the perfect house for us. Well needless to say we finally found the perfect house thanks to Team Byrd. Tonya was very creative in seeking ways to advertise our house during a less active time of year for selling.She provided a lot of guidance and recommendations regarding the selling process in Georgia.She helped us stage the house and provided some of her own stash of furniture to fill out the space after we moved out.She kept in close contact with us especially after we received a contract. She advised us on seller offering trends so we could make a viable counteroffer.There were some credit hurdles for the buyer as well as changing financing three times. She arranged for us to speak with their loan officer as well so we could make informed decisions. We were patient and that paid off.She was really responsive and made herself available on short notice. She is a great researcher and has a pleasant personality which makes her easy to work with. We highly recommend her.

We cannot begin to tell you how much my husband and I appreciate the hard work and dedication Tonya and Tom Byrd showed during the sale of our old home and subsequent purchase of another. They answered our panicked calls, calmed our nerves, and cut through red-tape on sales wrought with unforeseen issues. They tackled each problem as it arose and ensured our needs were met, our concerns answered, and problems solved. On top of that, they added humor which often diffused an unbelievably stressful process. I can recommend them for any home sale or purchase. Tonya's data-driven analysis of local home sales and understanding of social media trends helped sell our Douglasville home in less than an hour. Yes! Less than an hour after Tonya posted the video of our home, we had offers pouring in! We chose the second offer and within a month, we'd closed and were in our new home in North Georgia. Tonya and Tom held our hands all the way and ensured we were completely satisfied.
