Our agent was Nikki Guinane and she did an excellent job. We had pretty specific criteria for our new home and she nailed it. She was very easy to work with and was always available. Even after we closed on the house she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and everything was going well on our end.

The communication with this team is minimal at best we constantly had to contact them and ask for updates! We had issue after issue! To top it off no one for there agency even showed up to our closing!! Not really sure why they deserve a commotion when they didnt even do what they said they were going to do when we signed with them!! They painted a great picture when we first meet with them!! But it did not go that way at all!! Glade to be done with them!

Where do I start? First, I truly admire their "family-like" business. This team has been so gracious to me. It's rare in this day in age, that businesses operate with such high integrity. It's inspiring to a business owner like myself. They are the epitome of "operating in excellence." The Chick Fila Practice can't touch The Tamara Bourne Team - Keller Williams Realty by a long shot. This family has gifted me with a Penthouse, that only the stars could dream of. Well, each day that I wake up in my home, I thank the Universe. It's an honor to know that integral people such as TBT-KWR exists. I must admit, a property buying process can be intimidating, but I felt like and still do feel like family to them. In fact, I am family :). The process was smooth sailing. Their smile is genuine, and their positive energy is pure. TBT-KWR deserves infinite stars. I recommend that a lot of realtors whom i encounter go back to Customer Service School. I highly recommend that they seek out Tamara Bourne' s Team for it.

Here is the problem we had with this agency. We don't like being lied to by the people that are supposed to be helping us. Moved to PTC from the Seattle area this summer and found a house that was being sold by Tamara Bourne's team. Maybe that was part of the problem when they represented both buyer and seller. We were told: 1) They would paint the whole interior of the house (they only painted a few rooms with the cheapest paint on the market and there were marks all over the walls that were totally unacceptable) 2) When we needed to move the closing date they told us the seller would pretty much walk if we didn't pay her closing costs (the seller told us that she had no problem changing the date by a few days) 3) The agency flat out lied to us about some other issues that the seller disputed and when we discovered the lies -we were told that the seller had dementia and not to believe her (seller very lucid and agency did not like getting caught in a lie). So over all we lost 5K in closing costs that we didn't need to and another 5K in painting the house that they said they were going to do and then backed out. If we were the kind of people that like to sue..... well.

Working with the TBT was awesome! They were helpful, knowledgeable and very patient with us. We sold our house and purchased a new house with them. They were with us very step, keeping us in the loop and updated. Friendly, honest, and hardworking, the entire team set a new standard for us in selling and buying a home.
