It features spacious dressing rooms to try outfits on. The staff is extremely helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. Employees provide excellent service, such as calling ahead to assist with exchanges and even setting aside items based on a customer's history. The return process is as easy as it can be, whether the item was purchased in-store or online, as long as it is within the return window. Customers find the experience absolutely amazing and wonderful, often leaving with really cute clothes. The store encourages shoppers to join the mailing list for catalogs to learn about new selections.

My first time shopping at this store was around the end of April of this year and I must say, it was absolutely amazing. The manager, Mary Noll, was extremely helpful and all of the employees were very pleasant. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and they definitely make you feel like you are in the right place!
