People are very friendly but honestly they mess up my hair most times I go. I am nice and tip well but hate the cut most times.

Haircut was just ok, but the place could use a good cleaning and a more friendly atmosphere. Really was looking for something better then great clips and I didn’t find it at this location

Do not go here expecting agood haircut! They don't even know the basics. I asked for a high taper fade, starting with a zero at the neck and the lady cut my hair at a zero 5 inches up my head and faded in like half an inch of hair. How do you cut hair and not know one of the most basic haircuts....how on earth is the one on the left a high tape fade?? Thank God my hair grows quick but I'll be stuck in a hat for the next 4 weeks....

My son is 25 yr and special needs. Trying to let him do more on his own. He waited 2 hrs 10 min for a quick haircut. But we did not make reservation my fault.
When he came out he had little hairs everywhere. Never dusted him off. He was itchy and after a shower when he got home I had to trim his neck. Of course you can’t see all you miss if you leave hair you cut everywhere. So disappointed and felt like if he was not special needs the stylist wouldn’t have done this. Zoom in and you can see even all over front of face you can’t see.

We have had issues trying to figure out what style worked best for my son and Sherry listed to us and took her time and asked my son along the way. We ended up loving the cut and style and are finally happy with were we went. Will definitely be back!

Sucks! waited an hour and a half to have my name disappear from the board. It was going to be over an hour wait after they screwed up! NEVER going back!!!!!

This just seems like a bad location. It's no one's fault, just that sport clips corporate is not keeping up with the times and isn't aware of inflation. So annoying. Raise your prices, become another lost business that people have probably heard of that is surviving on the great start you had. Raise your prices! Charge more. If I wanted to get less service and pay less, I'd have been going somewhere else. Things are different now, raise your price. I will today, instead of driving an hour or so to the next sport clips, will attempt to find another place to be loyal to. So sad. So frustrating. Just raise your prices and you'll still have many customers. And if advertising has fallen off, there was nothing that could be done about it anyway.

Got my haircut done there, and let me just say it was a good experience there. The only problem that I had to deal with was the wait times, it was a little longer then expected but still Sherri, who is the manager of this establishment got my hair done and I'm proud that she got my hair done right in this location. Their customer service was very decent! Nice job you guys. Keep this up and you're going to get more positive ratings like this. The only thing that could be adjusted to make this fully a positive experience was the wait times, thanks again though. I recommend you people to check out this place. It's pretty nice there!

If you go to sports clips ask for Willow. She did a really good job on my son’s hair, and she was very sweet and precise.

The baber Mrs Burton was amazing ? she was so professional and respectful. I loved my hair cut. She is what's customer service should be about . Me alot alot of my friends would have changed barber if it wasn't for her thank you sports clips for having a customer with such high regards for customer service and who do a great job cutting hair with her Carrollton shop would not have no class
