Amazing staff, EVERY-SINGLE-ONE of the SleepInn staff are outgoing, friendly, and courteous. The breakfast is perfect, waffles, bagels, coffee, English breakfast tea, cereal and yogurt. Simple but perfect!!! The outdoor sitting areas are perfect for a moment of chilling out. Everything you might need is within a 10 minute walk...restaurants, shopping and coffee shops and more. All around, the hotel offers great location and tremendous hospitality.
(Reba, Reay, Michael, Yvonne, and all of the
house keeping staff are super and amazing)

Let me be clear: the service was considerate. The front desk personnel were courteous and accommodating. My one star rating was only because of the rancid mildew smell that the ac units were producing…from multiple rooms. It is a health hazard allowing the air conditioning units to grow that level of mildew/mold which can cause all sorts of respiratory issues not only for the tenants but also the hotel employees. Sleep Inn needs to sanitize or replace all the AC units and check the carpets for mildew/mold because of how neglectful they’ve been on maintenance. 2 days later and I’m still smelling mold on my clothes. For a hotel that’s this close to an affluent area of Peachtree city, a location that hosts many industries and has many clientele that may visit this hotel, one would think they’d consider the ramifications of not providing a safe breathing environment for their customers. If you don’t care about your customers then at the very least consider your employees and the good air quality they deserve to work in.

Our room smelled straight of mildew. To the owner of this hotel - you need to call an HVAC technician to clean the biofilm off the coils of the PTAC units in your rooms before somebody gets sick. Thanks.
Otherwise, great location and customer service. Free basic breakfast and decent coffee. It got the job done for a 2 night stay.
For the mold issue - if you install UV lights at 256nm it will continuously kill the bacteria causing the odor and help improve the efficiency of your units. Check into it.

Great location in the same parking lot with the Avenue at Peachtree City. Our parents stayed here in an accessible room. There is a fitness center and breakfast served.

I reserved my room for 4 nights amd stayed 3. The hotel is very firm about it's no cancellation policy. The staff was friendly and professional. I didn't enjoy the breakfast but heard good things. Breakfast was 6 - 9 AM. The room seemed relatively clean with some deferred maintenance. The community is excellent with many stores and restaurants nearby and the grounds have a very upscale feel. Thank you for the kind hospitality.
Rooms: The room was cozy with some deferred maintenance but seemed clean.
Safety: There was often law enforcement parked nearby, the area is well lit and I felt completely safe walking.
Food & drinks: There are plenty of dining choices nearby and walking is enjoyable in this community.

I lived in the hotel. On Dec 12, when I got back to my room at night around 8PM. I found my brown paper that leave on my desk was missing. I went to the front desk and report a lost. The front desk person told me the manager would help me solve the issue. In the next two days, I keep talked with the manager for a few time. However, after two days, there was no progress until I check out. The manager did nothing and keep told me she couldn’t do anything until the own come back to the hotel. But the own’s never call me back and help me solve the issue until today, I already call the Police and filed a investigation report. In the bag, there were many important things, including, but not limit to, medicine, headset charger, a pair of glass, shaver charger, vibrissa scissor and etc. This manager and hotel is very disappoint and made me very angry.

Was here for a night and we enjoyed our stay. Everyone was friendly (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast attendant). I liked the area. Plenty of shops all within walking distance.Only thing that was a tad disappointing was the breakfast. It was very limited. All things considered, we would likely revisit.

So disappointed in this hotel after paying $394 for 3 nights. You are definitely paying for location because the hotel itself needs a complete renovation. We stayed in room 117 the hotel & rooms smell terrible, I walked to Bath & Body for plug ins & spray to try to remedy that situation. It didn’t help… Carpets were filthy.
The first night I stepped into the shower my feet went straight out from under me due to it being very slick. Photos are included to see the old & worn down bathroom & my bruise from falling in the shower. I immediately notified the front desk, the gentleman working offered to move us to a 1 queen bed room but I was traveling with my 82 yr old mother so we needed 2 beds. I was so relieved I took the first shower & she didn’t fall instead. I asked for a shower mat to protect us but they didn’t have any to offer. We ended up putting a towel on the shower floor to keep her safe.
The door to the bathroom makes a very loud clunking sound when slid open. It’s lovely in the middle of the night when someone gets up to use the restroom. Paint is scraped off on both sides, it’s a mess. Bathroom tile has paint all over the trim. It’s definitely not aesthetically pleasing.
Breakfast offering included a waffle maker, 2 choices of cold cereal, bananas & yogurt. No toast, pastries, oatmeal, eggs, breakfast meat or bagels. It was a pathetic attempt to offer a “free breakfast”.
We were in town for graduation, I chose the hotel because it was convenient to family. Another member of our party stayed at the Holiday Inn & had nothing but great things to say even though it was a longer drive.
The staff were pleasant for the most part & the beds were comfortable.
There is no absolutely no reason for Choice Hotels to have a hotel in this condition. I will never again stay at any hotels under this brand. You can & need to do better.
Edit: photos were uploaded but aren’t showing up. Also, I notice reviews aren’t responded to unless they are positive…
