I usually love this location but today made me want to never go back again. My mom and I were done shopping and headed to checkout and we were doing two transactions. I removed the hangers from the clothes like the associates asked us to. After I put all of my stuff down and got ready to pay, the associate asked me to give her my mom’s clothes. I let her know that it’s separate transactions. She then rudely said to me “y'all don’t tell us that to begin with. Y'all just expect us to know” then bagged up my things and slammed my calendar on the counter. Even my mom who doesn’t speak much English said that she’s in a bad mood. I understand people have bad days but don’t take them to work. Never do I take my
Personal feelings out on my patients. If you talk to me politely, I will politely speak to you the same way and I was in no way shape or form rude to this woman yet she felt the need to go off on me. I didn’t get her name but she’s been working there for years and she might be the manager which honestly disappoints me because she shouldn’t be speaking to the customers that way. After reading a lot of the reviews on this location, it seems like the customer service has been an issue for a long time. Every cashier had a sour face in that place today. I wish I would have gotten the woman’s name but I was just in awe with how rude she was. I was at Register 6 and only got her Associate number from our receipt.

The cashier was THE rudest person ever and demanded that customers do her job for her. My mom is 80 years old and treated terrible. We will NEVER return.

Nice store,however, if you ask the manager to take off the alarm on any type of shoes be prepared to be followed around like a thief by an employee. I was so shocked!?

At this location I can always find something. Some Ross locations rarely have anything good in the plus size section but last time I went it was very full and I got a lot. The back dressing rooms always seemed to be closed but I like the large ones at the front of the store, they are much more spacious and no one is counting my items so technically I can take as much as I want to try on.

Cashier, Michelle, was incredibly rude to a Spanish speaking customer. The customer was confused about her return and instead of assisting the customer to better understand, in a very loud voice Michelle just kept yelling “I don’t understand you! What are you saying! I already returned the amount to your card. Do you not understand?” The scene that Michelle created made other Spanish speaking customers not want to go in her line. Michelle did in fact call for an interpreter, but fortunately there was a customer in line who could help with the translation. Michelle was flippant and not at all attending. When I addressed her on her behavior and how uncomfortable it made the Spanish speaking customers in line around me, she again was loud and rude to me and had plenty of excuses to why her behavior was acceptable. She said, “I don’t even care about this line, I am going to lunch. I am just a loud person, that’s all.”Other than this experience, I am a regular customer to this location. But I will not be helped by Michelle again.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for don’t get discouraged-it’s there just maybe in another section ??. Prices are great! If the customers would either hand the items they don’t want to the cashiers or someone who may be on the floor instead of just thrusting the item anywhere-the shopping experience wouldn’t be so stressful in here. The staff is friendly (well to me anyway) but can’t really direct you to where a particular item may be because by the time you’ve arrived a thousand customers may have come through and rearranged the entire store ?.So please, upon entering- have an open mind that you’re going to be digging through a maze and just think about all the treasures you’re going to find as you weave your way through this amazing maze. You may have every intent on just buying a few things but don’t be surprised on the haul you leave the store with.Enjoy the journey????

Horrible return experience. The system was not working properly so I was unable to receive a refund for my items. I was told only this store’s system was set up in a way you can’t receive cash for debit purposes as the debit card I used has since been lost.
