Ross Dress for Less offers a wide selection of the best brands and the latest fashions for family and home at 20% to 60% off department store prices. Customers appreciate the good variety, especially in plus-size sections, which are often well-stocked. The store features large, spacious dressing rooms at the front, making try-ons comfortable and private. While prices are considered great, some shoppers find the store layout to be a maze, requiring patience and a sense of adventure to discover treasures. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some employees, like one named Tiari, receiving high praise for outstanding customer service, maintaining a positive attitude and quick service even when working alone. However, some customers have experienced being followed or watched closely when requesting to remove alarms from shoes, which was surprising. Customers also note that the store can be busy, and items are often moved around, making it difficult to find specific products without exploring multiple sections. Overall, Ross Dress for Less is seen as a place of great deals and hidden finds, where a positive shopping experience depends on patience, open-mindedness, and appreciation for helpful staff.

Nice store, however, if you ask the manager to take off the alarm on any type of shoes be prepared to be followed around like a thief by an employee. I was so shocked!?
