My review is for the deli. A sandwich tray was ordered online several days prior. It was scheduled for pickup at 9:30 a.m. I arrived about an hour early & was prepared to wait. However, when I arrived they brought it out almost immediately! The service there was superb - quick & friendly! The sandwiches were yummy, too!

I placed an online sub order for 11:45 pickup and arrived at 11:50 but it wasn’t available in the pick up area. I get in line to wait to ask about it but there is only one person working (slowly) at the sub line. When I finally get to the front and ask about my order it was being held in the back. Why? What’s the point of having online orders if they’re not just available for pick up at the pick up area?? If it’s broken why isn’t there any instruction on how to ask for the order from the back?

Had a huge order this morning June 20 at 10:08 am and there was only one cashier with a long line. I asked the young lady at customer service could she open up a line because she wasn't doing anything and she said she couldn't. That she couldn't leave from customer service area, which is a BOLD FACE LIE! I been shopping at Publix long enough to know that they accommodate customers and if customer service isn't busy, they open up a lane for customers waiting in long lines. I hope her manager looks into this incident and corrects this young woman's customer service attitude.
