Pike Nurseries is a local, employee-owned garden center and a Southern icon for over 60 years. It offers a huge assortment of blooming annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees, houseplants, pottery, and garden solutions. The place has a large selection, with an incredible and unbe-leaf-able assortment of plants, including things you can't find elsewhere. The location looks much bigger than before, with a lot more to offer, and they are expanding the inside. The staff is super friendly, helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable, taking pride in taking the guesswork out of gardening. They answer any question without making customers feel dumb. The place is well-decorated, very clean, and includes fun facts about plant species. It is a one-stop shop for all things gardening, also offering landscape design and home garden consultations. While prices are a little high, the quality of items like soil, fertilizers, and seeds is good. It is a nice place that customers really love.

It has been a while since visiting this place and it looks much bigger, with a lot more plants and things to offer. As always, the staff is super friendly and helpful.
