I went by Petco in Peachtree City earlier this week in search for some fish for my aquarium. The fish selection was nice and the store was clean. I understand that I was not super knowledgeable on tank size and what fish would be best for a smaller tank. I was definitely open to suggestions and two of the staff members were very nice, however one staff member by the name of Jenn who I believed to be the on duty manager did not have pleasant customer service, and her snide remarks when I was only asking questions were not appreciated. I was at the checkout counter with my fish already in a bag and she told me I needed to give her the fish and I could not purchase them cause I didn’t have the right tank size. Like I said it was the unprofessional approach that I didn’t appreciate as there was a different way to handle that situation especially after a different employee had already bagged them and marked them for me. She was not pleasant at all!!!

The Vet Clinic here is very good, very caring, and takes their time with you. Nice store also.

I will never take another animal of mine here! I just had to have my dog put to sleep because these so called vets misdiagnosed her and prescribed medication for something completely different she may have been able to be saved if I would have took her to a real vet the first time please look for a real vet do not trust your fur baby to these people EVER I would give zero stars if I could

Markayla our groomer was amazing. I definitely would recommend her to anyone. It was our first time at Petco and I will be back.

I was told our dog needed a heart worm test on file in order to get a simparica trio prescription. Even though he had a refill left on the previous prescription. So I made an appointment. When we went for the appointment, we wouldn’t be seen as his appointment was “too early”. They said they were trying to reach us to reschedule, but I hadn’t received a phone call. Totally unprofessional.

There is a funky smell when you enter...not sure what it is but doesn't smell like normal pet smells.
Reasonable variety of snacks for dogs & puppies. Employees did not seem to interested in engaging with pets brought into the store.

I've been very pleased with my 2 visits to the Peachtree City Vetco. They have been informative, and they really seem to care about my little Cappi. All the staff have been great. Go see them. Thank you!
