Peachtree City Golf Cart disappointed me with their service. 3Guys recently acquired Peachtree City Golf Cart, and they are now providing services for 3Guys. I've used 3Guys' services several times to purchase components, batteries, and other items. Recently, PTC Golf Cart picked up my golf cart to jump the battery. When the driver picked up the vehicle, it was in good condition. When I arrived to pick up my golf cart, the windshield was broke down and the guy Brad was arguing that it was broken already. The driver could have broke it by mishandling it when loading it onto the truck, and mentioned on his report. They did not replace the windshield and requested 50% of the components and labor from me. My argument is that if something happens while they are in possession of it or managing it, they are accountable. Finally, they removed the new windshield, installed my damaged windshield, and delivered it. What a customer service?

Bought my Voyager Explorer at a home and garden show in Augusta Ga. Tyler, the sales rep took the time to show me all the features of the cart and after walking away to think about it, I returned and took the deal. He delivered it to my house the next day after the event was over and again took the time to go over all the features of the cart and took a test drive. Tyler did a great job and I would highly recommend a Voyager Electric Vehicle Golf Cart.

i love this place because it gives me and the family something fun to do! but, our cart BROKE DOWN in the middle of a path (luckily a nice lady picked us up). besides that, this place is awesome.

It was 32.00 to rent the cart for the day. The carts are old and need some work. The first one broke down right after leaving the parking lot. The second one we got backfired every time we slowed down, and the gas petal needed to be pushed down extremely hard in order to get going. We still had a great time driving around PTC in the cart, but maybe next time we'll get an electric one.

Peachtree City, GA is a golf cart city with over 100 miles of cart paths, tunnels and overpasses to facilitate having a golf cart as your second vehicle. So, stands to reason there are quite a few businesses that sell and rent them. We found Peachtree City Golf Cars to be an easy place to get what we needed, a rental. And the price was reasonable.

We rented a golfcart here!!! Worst rental ever!!! The golfcart was gas, it had zero cushion on the seat...every bump your spine hit the plywood you were sitting on!!! On top of that, the heat from tge gas engine came right through the seat, not fun when it's already hot outside. We found other rental places AFTER that had newer and in better conditiin golfcarts. This place was the only rental our hotel had a brochure on. Very disappointed. If you have any spine/neck issues stay clear.

Got stuck in the area for the weekend and discovered Peachtree City and Peachtree City golf car rentals, They set us up with a little car, gave us a map of the Golf car roads and told us of different places and things to see. Great folks and a cool little town!

Do not use them for repairs and especially insurance claims. The original estimate that Fred gave me was too high I thought, the day I paid it he tried to collect another almost 300 dollars more than the original Estimate, he submitted back to my insurance company but was way more than the 300 dollars and he got it. He said my golf cart needed things that it did not and they found more problems that I felt like they should have caught on the first estimate. He never told me he requested a lot more than the almost 300 dollars. I feel like I got scammed because it was an insurance claim. Ridiculous

Worst place ever. Reserved golf car a few months back. I called today since I wanted to confirm the reservation. The woman was very rude and saying that there was no reservation under the name. Worst place ever. Never rent here.
