I was visiting the daycare center to drop something off for someone and pick up my nephew as a surprise. This was my first time visiting the center, so I was excited to see the inside and meet the staff.
I approached the front door with a paper bag and began reading the signage on the door. I noticed two people inside having a conversation, one sitting and the other standing. Before I finished reading the first sign, the lady sitting down, who I later learned was named Jen, pushed the intercom and told me to leave the bag outside the door. She didn't offer any greeting or salutation, nor did she even ask me what was in the bag or who it was for. She told me to leave the bag and went on with her conversation. She was rude and incredulously dismissive. Perhaps she thought I was a food delivery person. I told her the bag didn't contain food, and she said, "Oh, I'll make sure that the person gets it." Still not asking me anything, just talking at me as though I were an annoyance.
The rudeness of Jen so put me off that I left without even getting to see my nephew.
When you sit at the front desk of an establishment, you are the face of that business. I know from my research that Endeavor Schools, the parent company, has high expectations of its employees. I will contact them to let them know of my experience. Perhaps Jen will think twice before rudely dismissing someone without so much as a hello.

I would not recommend this school. My kids were only there for a short time. I found the leadership in the school is not culturally sensitive. They also did not communicate well. The teachers are kind and patient with the kids. However, even they complained about the school's leadership. I've had better experiences with other daycares who offered more than this school. I do not regret moving my kids to another school.

My grandsons have been attending there for almost 3 years. The staff and teachers are amazing. After looking at other daycares, I’m glad this is the one I chose. My 4 year old grandson is ver low spectrum autistic and if it weren’t for the help and support from everyone there, he wouldn’t be getting the help he needs. He has flourished here and the 1 year old has flourished as well vs. staying at home with me. They know how to care for and bring out the best in every child.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care my children have received at Parker Chase North PTC.
The staff at Parker Chase North PTC are not just caregivers; they are nurturing, attentive, and truly invested in the well-being and development of each child. The emphasis on positive reinforcement and encouragement is evident in every interaction. Whether it's celebrating a milestone, offering words of encouragement, or simply engaging in play, the teachers create an atmosphere of positivity that greatly contributes to the emotional well-being of the children. Our children have really enjoyed the support of Ms. Cherea, Ms. Shilpa, Ms. Makayla, Ms. Paige, Ms. Savannah, Ms. Summer, Ms. Erika, and Ms. Emily. Additionally, the administrative staff and staff members that periodically fill in know our children. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and designed with the safety of the children in mind.
Another aspect that stands out is the diverse range of activities provided for the kids. From creative arts and crafts to outdoor playtime to Chinese & STEM lessons, every day is filled with exciting and educational experiences. It's evident that the teachers go above and beyond to create a stimulating environment that fosters learning and socialization.
Communication is another area where Parker Chase North PTC excels. They use the Procare app. The regular updates and reports on my children’s daily activities, meals, and naps give me peace of mind throughout the day. The open lines of communication with the teachers also make it easy to discuss any concerns or share specific instructions.
Additionally, Parker Chase North PTC strives to build a sense of community among families and their staff by hosting events and activities that bring families and staff together beyond the regular day, creating a supportive network for all stakeholders involved.
In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend Parker Chase North PTC Day to any parent seeking a daycare that prioritizes the well-being, education, and happiness of their child(ren). It's more than just a daycare – it's a loving and enriching environment where children thrive and families feel like part of a caring community.

We moved our son to Parker Chase in June of 2023 from another school and couldn't be more pleased! The entire team up front ..Jenn, Tiffany and Lauren have been more then helpfull always answering our questions and making us feel part of the Parker Chase right away. And our son is growing and learning so much. He loves his teachers and still likes to stop and say hi to his old teachers and get a hug from Ms Natalie and Ms Carlee. He transitioned into the big boy class so well with the help of his teachers Ms Cherea, Rupali and Natasha. Parker Chase is further for us to drive as we live in Senoia but worth the drive for the well being of our son.

Since my children have attended Parker Chase I have noticed a tremendous amount of growth in their academic progress. The teachers and leadership are amazing and have always had my children’s best interest in mind. Especially my child who has special needs. They have supported all of his inclusive services that come in to support my child. They provide a loving and inclusive environment and we are so grateful for them!

I love the providers at Parker Chase- they really care about the experience the kids have- focusing on learning, making events special (loved the Christmas and Valentine’s Day events) and good, healthy food. The communication is also great, which is a big win for me!

I am incredibly picky when it comes to day care center or academy’s for my son. Parker Chase exceeds all my expectation. Like any normal place, I have had my concerns. When I take my concerns to the amazing ladies at front, or even to the owner, they genuinely listen to my concerns and either immediately correct or ease my concerns or they thoroughly explain why things are they way they are. Everyone there knows my son and seems happy to see him everyday. I love that they know him by his name and I mean everyone! Every Friday, the kids to get pick a special snack as we leave for the day. This small gesture is the best. It’s my son favorite thing to do is to pick the special threat. I highly recommend this place to everyone !

We love Parker-Chase, and so does my 2-year-old son. Everyone there, from the front office staff to teachers to support staff, are all wonderful and receptive of any needs or concerns. My son is very shy and struggled with drop off for a while when we first started and when he aged up to the next classroom, yet his teachers worked together to help him feel comfortable. They know exactly what he needs and how to gently encourage him to learn and grow. It's evident they care for him because he happily gives his teachers hugs when he sees them. That kind of toddler affection from my son can't be faked. The teachers are dedicated and they love the kids. They seem to really love what they do. My son comes home with new words and skills that he wasn't taught at home. He's learned so much. We plan on staying here through preschool because we know our son will be happy, well educated, and cared for.

I am happy with Parker chase, my son learns a lot every day. Teachers always on point, excellent communication, whenever we need info or talk to them, someone is answering our questions right away.The most important feeling you can have as a parent is that your son or daughter are safe and well taken care of. Parker chase gave my wife and i that feeling.
