Fun to walk around and they have some neat stuff but the prices are outrageous and the customer service is bad…like awful. They make you want to leave the store immediately. It’s a shame :/

The owner is so kind and personable! They carry the cutest toddler boy shirts I’ve ever seen! Only downside is - I wish they carried more of my sons size.. I would buy them all! We are so lucky to have OML in our town :)

Love this store. They have a nice selection of gifts and collectibles. I always find something new and interesting there when I shop.

They made my friend (a black military veteran woman) feel so uncomfortable that she felt a need to buy something and leave!

If you need to shop local - go somewhere else! The Nest, or the newly opened Heirloom Market in Peachtree City's Avenue are great. At One Magnolia however, I have never been treated so rudely In. My. Life. The owner is extremely rude, and her treatment of shoppers is totally out of line. I encourgage Peachtree City, Tyrone, Fayetteville locals - to SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Staff very rude. They don’t acknowledge when you come in and when you have a question they act like you’re d*** to ask. I was looking at the Brighton sunglasses. I asked the sales girl if I decided to buy them would I get a new pair in the back no one has tried on. She sarcastically said all they have is out and they would clean the glasses for me before I purchased them. The pair I was interested in looked crooked. I told the sales girl this and she didn’t even look at them and she said they were not crooked and walked off. Needless to say I walked out and will go elsewhere for the Brighton sunglasses. I have never been treated nice when I go in there. No more for me!

I witnessed the older sales women treating 2 of the customers in the store very poorly when they where shopping. She treated them rudely when they asked about SALE items and told them to shop next door . Referring to "Shop at KIRKLANDS"They are cheaper !

Had the worst cyst service ever. The store owner and manager is rude and lost a customer over a $51 dollar bracelet due to their return policy. I have never felt they were overly friendly and act bored when I come into shop. Well, after today , never again!!!!

I decided to give this cute shop another try since I haven't been in in awhile but now I remember why I had not been back! Today I went in and two ladies were working. Neither of whom said one word to me the whole 20 minutes while I was there. I entered and looked up front, then moved on to jewelry and baby things in the back. I looked at some cute apparel in the very back of the store one associate even came back to get something passed by and said nothing. I looked around near the cash wrap and checked out some home decor, smelled a few candles, then looked at the Brighton selection! Still NOTHING! I was also the only customer in the store. I've been working in Retail Management for a very long time and I have NO idea how they can keep their doors open in this environment with absolutely NO customer service awareness! It really makes me sad. I won't be back. Don't think I'm missing much!

Very disappointed. Asked to return for credit an item I purchased a few months ago that they still carry and could easily restock. I bought it as a gift for an event that was cancelled due to travel restrictions. No flexibility on their policies even during this hard time and being a small business. Won’t be shopping here anymore.

How wonderful it is to walk into a store to visually see all the wonderful merchandise available for my home and also for gifts. It feels like the buyer went shopping with me in mind. The staff knows their product and very helpful. They have so many things that I didn't know I wanted until I saw it displayed which made my mind wander to say yes I need that today. I learned they have been a local treasure for many, many years. So thankful for this beautiful store.

Thursday, November 12, 2020, was my second time shopping here. My first shopping experience was great! However, this time was totally different. Sales person, 246838 spoke to me in a condescending tone, unpleasant and asked to see my license after I gave her a credit card with a EMV chip. My first visit to the store, I was not asked to show my license and my purchases exceeded the price I paid this day!! It has been years since I’ve been asked to show my license. Really? One Magnolia Lane has very beautiful and unique merchandise; however, they have lost me as a customer!

The store was nicely laid out and while shopping the owner was very friendly and talked to me. She told me if I needed anything or not happy with anything, or had questions regarding the doll house I was eyeing at all to call etc. I can’t even describe how friendly she was.Unfortunately, during the time we were gabbing I grabbed the wrong size on an item. I got home and realized my mistake on the tutu and headband and called the store to make an exchange (still in bag with tags). I did not get an answer for almost a week and was told sorry no exchanges due to Covid. Completely understand stores having policies but I honestly don’t remember seeing signs with this information regarding exchanges and can state with 100% certainty was not made aware at the time of checkout.Again nice store. I love to shop local and don’t mind spending more to support local business owners but the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth.
