The lady which the short hair (owners mom) is very rude and has terrible customer service skills.

The new owner needs to take retail business classes and customer service classes.
His policy is no returns ( even within a day) of "boutique " items is unacceptable, insulting, and bad business.
The associates cannot make regular transaction decisions without permission from him.
Don't buy in the boutique section.
Very unpleasant experience from a store I had always enjoyed.

What a ornament preview. Hallmark again making great ornaments as in years long past. Lots of friendly and knowledgeable staff. Well planned and a nice selection of women's clothing and more. Well stocked with beautiful Christmas oriented statuettes and more. Very impressed. Very upscale selections. You won't be disappointed. Thinking Nina's under a great new owner.

Pete & the ladies are the nicest. Variety of merchandise. One lady, wish I caught her name, every time I picked out a puzzle put it in my mom's lap (she's in wheelchair) she come get them and hold at register. She's very friendly. Thank you.

Highly disappointed in these workers. I’ve been bringing my children to this particular location for many, many years to pick out their ornaments and a few gifts. Today is the last day I will ever step foot in this place. Rude, unwelcoming staff who hawk you like you’re looking to steal something. One of which thought it was a good idea to put her hand on my 3 year old for touching something. Extremely uncalled for & it took everything I had within me to keep my composure. You have lost a very loyal customer and I will be happy driving to Atlanta for our annual tradition from now on. I will say SUSAN behind the register was kind and felt our frustration. Be glad you have one employee who is a truly kind person. The rest of you please work on your customer service skills. You will be the downfall of a business!

With authentic "Hallmark Gold Crown" stores harder and harder to find, this GEM in Peachtree City has become a holiday destination for me! I live in middle Georgia, and it's a day trip that I plan for often!

I wasn’t welcomed when I walked into the store. I was not helped, I was followed around, and that was completely uncalled for. Employe was literally 2 feet behind me the entire time and I had never even been here before!
