I can't say enough about the staff. I worked wirh Leslie to pick my mattress. She listened to my needs and by watching me closely as I tried different styles, was able to lead me to the perfect match. I also selected an adjustable bed. I went back to the store and had questions about additional features. Leslie was off that day, but Rashida was happy to go over all the features so I could make a good decision. Then she helped to finalize the purchase and set up delivery. Both of these ladies were pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and showed sincere concern for my needs. I highly recommend this store and both Leslie and Rashida.

It was a great experience during my visit. Excellent customer service by Logan. Very knowledgeable. He understands the needs of the customer and explains very well what mattress suits to them. Please get his advice and you will never go wrong. This location also has many different kinds of mattress to test and feel. Do visit there and get the right one.

Fantastic customer care / service by Stephan. Took his time to make sure our needs for a new mattress were fully satisfied. Impressed how he managed to bounce between customers in the store as he was the only rep in the store on the day that we went looking for a new mattress. Very professional, courteous and diligent to make sure that by the time we made our decision we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Mattress Firm Peachtree City needs to know how lucky they are to have a team member who truly cares about customers and the company he represents.
