Matthew and Stephanie, along with Karen and the entire team, were such a blessing to our family! Stephanie worked so hard finding the perfect home for us, and she and Matthew kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. I was very lucky the day I hired Matt Dalke (and his dedicated team) to sell my home in Fayetteville this past spring. He was an outstanding advocate for me throughout the entire process.
Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Dalke Team stood out as the best the area had to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings.
I spoke with Matt and then met with him at my home. He sat with me on my porch and answered all of my questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. I was a little concerned that my house, which was fairly unique (kind of weird), would be tough to sell. Matt made the process incredibly easy assuring me I had nothing to worry about. His confidence was infectious.
When I saw the listing, I was blown away. His, and his righteous team's hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. They held an open house within days, and by the end of the day, I had quite a few offers a bit over asking price.
My house went under contract about a week after I put it on the market at over asking price. I accepted and Matt (and again, his superlative team) walked me through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.
I have raved and recommended Matt and the Dalke Team to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better realtor.
If you want a realtor who goes out of his way to be responsive to every need, exhibits an extreme attention to detail and clear communication, and will even take a stand and confidently talk you off the ledge and urge you in the right direction when "issues" arise (which he had to do a couple times for my worrying mind,) then Matt and his outstanding team are your best bet in the Fayette County area.

We had the absolute best experience working with Stephanie Moore, Matthew Dalke and the entire team at Dalke Home Group. We had basically 48 hours to find the perfect house in PTC and they made it happen! Stephanie truly listened to what we were looking for and found a perfect match. She was always available for questions, FaceTime showings, and the entire team is so knowledgeable about real estate in the area. They go above and beyond just the home buying process to really help you acclimate and feel welcome in a new town/state. We are so pleased with our new home and will absolutely recommend Dalke Home Group to all our family headed to the area.

We met Matthew 10 years ago when we bought our house in Peachtree City. Since then, we have used Matthew to sell our second home. He makes everything an easy and fast experience! He is always happy and always willing to answer questions. He is very trustworthy and honest which I think expedites the sale or purchase of real estate. We had the joy of working with Matthew and team to sell our home, and would highly recommend Dalke Home Group to ANYONE looking to buy or sell their home. While most realtors work for the same commission percentage, all realtors are NOT equal. Matthew and team are incredibly professional, and our listing turned out beautiful. He walked through the whole negotiation process with us, and was available any time we had any questions. To top everything off, he (and his entire team) are wonderful people, the process felt like working with a group of friends! 10 stars for Dalke Home Group!!!

We would not be in our dream home if it wasn't for Matthew and Dalke Home Group! My wife and I are first time home buyers and they made the process so seamless and they really helped make home-owning seem so much more achievable. Matthew is so knowledgeable and is such a professional. Five minutes after we met him he was in dress clothes inspecting every inch of the crawlspace. No matter the day or time, all phone calls and texts were answered immediately. I wouldn't want to be represented by anyone else. Everyone they referred to us, from lender to inspector, was absolutely wonderful. We managed to go from offer to closing in less than a month.
