This store is awesome. It's clean and well organized. The sales people are friendly and helpful. Morgan was my sales person and she knows her stuff. After receiving my quote for the family room I decided to hold off for a bit to see if I found anything else that caught my eye and was a little less expensive. Morgan's follow up was superb and right on the spot. I honestly believe if Morgan would not have continued to follow up on this quote I would have bought something elsewhere. So thank you Morgan and the Peachtree City Lovesac!!

Morgan and the Associates at Lovesac Peachtree City, were welcoming, knowledgeable and not pressuring. This is a big purchase and we wanted to make sure to sit-in and touch the actual pieces before deciding what we wanted. Because of the showroom, we made different choices than we would have if ordering online. If we had only ordered online, we may have been slightly disappointed in the product.The sectionals are easy to put together, but be prepared to spend a few hours unboxing and assembling the covers. Two people make this process much faster!We are happy with our purchase and thrilled to have a large seating area in a room that is impossible to move large furniture into! Sactionals make this possible and each piece fits together very snug and feels super sturdy.

Furniture was comfortable and well made. However, when I asked rep if there was a higher seating option or way to raise the sacs, the rep was extremely rude and argumentative instead of simply answering my questions or offering options. Before she would even let me test a couch (sit on it), she required me to take a "tour" of details I already told her I knew and didn't need/want. Won't go back to that location ever.

My family visited the Lovesac store to get more information before we decided to purchase. Our sales person Xavion gave us a fantastic overview of all we needed to know about Lovesacs. He was well educated on the product and made us feel very comfortable making the purchase. At no point did we feel pressured into buying. He answered all of our questions and made the visit to the store well worth it.

Great store and great service. Morgan walked me through everything I needed to know to make an informed decision. She also followed up with after I received my sactional to make sure setup went okay, and then promptly responded to additional questions I had. Sofa is super comfortable. Really enjoying it.
