I took my son’s IPad in for stuck volume up and power button (not his fault). I was given an outstanding price for service and a new screen protector. The store is extremely clean, quiet, and has a superb professional environment. The two technicians have above and beyond customer service skills. They are not pushy on up sales and etc. Just good old get you in and out customer service.

I scheduled an appointment with this business on line and when I came for my appointment time there was a sign on the door that said be back in 30 minutes. Needless to say I was upset about this. I called them and left a message that they weren’t there. They called me back and apologized, and I also found out that they didn’t have the battery that I needed.

Thank you lifeline! Called last week when I cracked the screen of my iPhone 8plus and the gentleman I spoke with said they didn’t have the screen I needed in stock but would order some and call me back when they came in. He called me back this week to inform me they got them in stock and I was able to go today and drop my phone off. The guys inside were very professional and had my phone done in an hour. It works perfect and looks great. The price to fix the screen was much lower than any other repair place around. I highly recommend them!

I’ve damaged the screen to my phone so many many times and life line has been my hero. I’ve had water damage to cracked screens, and the employees there have been just amazing. Mr Matt Williams, who is the POC, was so awesome too!! Thx guys. You saved me once again!!!!!

UPDATE was contacted by the store manager who was very apologetic. Unfortunately they had an unhappy associate working the day I called so that's why the conversation was so unprofessional. My Ipad will b repaired. Thank you Matt for taking care of this situation. *****Have used company before with good luck but this time I Was told not to come in because main tech wasn't available. Not able to repair anything until next week. Maybe they should just close store if no one able to repair items.

I recently took an iPad here to be repaired and they were friendly, I got it back sooner than expected and the price was fair. I will definitely return in the future if I need their services.
