It seems like this location has gone downhill steadily over the last few years. The store isn't as clean & kept up anymore and the customer service is lacking. I can't tell you how many times I've been there and the lady at the self checkout has been very rude. Unfortunately, it's the closest store location to me, and it's inconvenient to drive further to a better location.

In 3 or so trips to Kroger not a single time has any sort of deal, or discount or savings ever made it from the aisles to the checkout. I have no complaints about how the store looks, or the employees or the selection of items. My only issue is that when you have a sale of 50 cents of an item, make sure that it translates to the register. When there's a buy one get one free offer, there's nothing more disheartening than seeing full price for both items on the receipt. I figured maybe as a one off sure maybe it hadn't hit the system yet or got unlucky but for it to happen every time I go in is saddening. What's the point of offering up deals and lying about it? Especially in an economy like this where food prices are already at an all time high where people are looking for anything to help them save a dollar or two. Don't know if I'm going to go back yet or if I'd just go down the street somewhere else.

It's convenient for people who live in South Fulton County, who don't prefer to go to the crappie Krogers in Union City,

Outside the fact that you only have one register open not bad. Not a fan of self-checkout

The difference in Krogers is amazing. Super variety, clean. However, girl at the self checkout act like it was a chore to help with self check.

Very friendly staff and they usually are ALWAYS in stock. The veggies look fresh and the deals and prices are good. I really like shopping at Kroger because of the points, if I spend my money at your store I need something in return for my hard work. I mean since I’m helping make the CEO pockets fatter lol.

On Saturday, June 15th I came to this Kroger gas station at 5:58am. The lady said, I'm not ready to serve anyone, we don't open until 5:30." I said it's 5:58am and u open at 5am. This is the same lady that will look down for a while before greeting me, several times at this location. I work right across the street so I visit this gas station often. I went back after work at 2:25pm to ask for her name to complain and the worker said her name is Crystal and to call the main store manager to file a complaint. I called the store immediately and was told no manager was available. I asked could I leave my name and number but no one has followed up. I'm leaving a review because I refuse to be treated any type of way as a paying, loyal customer. I will not spend another penny at this location and pray that any one else that sees this review and has had a similar problem with Crystal to please do the same. This type of racism will not be tolerated in 2024. And I will find a number for corporate.

Went to the store with my daughter who is disabled. The carts were unable to access. There were grills and other items in front of the carts. My daughter could not access the carts nor could she unplug the plug from the outlets. I had to literally climb thru the carts to access one that I could see. Even then it was difficult to get out of the spot because of all the clutter in front of the carts. The carts were in the inside of the stores which were easy to access. Thank God I was there to assist my daughter.

Not a lot to be said about a full size grocery store - plus! The plus is for the size, variety, and wine shopping. The wine shopping rivals many package liquor stores. I know wine aficionados that exclusively shop here.
The organic selection is expansive. Fresh food is ready made, breads, etc.
Like I said, PLUS!

Customer Service and Western Union are not open till 10:00 PM as advertised. It is a lie. They close latest by 8:00 PM. I drove 5 miles for nothing, waste of time and gas.

Clean, stocked, and with friendly employees. Spent double the amount I came to spend, mainly
for those very reasons.

Large supermarket.
They have a better selection of ready-made items than Walmart, but they don't have a good selection of prepared foods.
If you're looking to buy breakfast, Walmart has a better selection, many delicious items, and cheaper prices.

Terrible experience. It’s 9pm the store closes at 11 and they have the doors closed except for one. They have 0 cashiers available only one self checkout is open. I really hate the grocery shopping experience. We pay more for food and in return we get terrible service actually no service at all.
