I left a bag at the store and when I called back about it, I spoke to Amanda. She said she was a manager but her customer service did not support her role/title. She was one of the rudest people I have ever spoke with, from beginning of the call to the end. She made me question whether I should ever shop at Kroger again. I spent $660 in that one trip and one bag was left at the store. I’m giving two stars because the cashier and buggy attendant had excellent service. Maybe Amanda needs to take some pointers. She is definitely in the wrong role and shame on you Kroger for promoting someone with such a lack of customer service skills. She was horrible.

Went to the Kroger in Peachtree City, my daughter is disabled and needs to use the electric scooter. They moved the scooters from inside the store to the outside walkway that you entered the store. Al the carts were line up so tight that we could not access the carts. I had to climb thru the carts and attempt to unplug one to get access to one. It was so tight that my daughter could not get into the cart. It was very difficult to turn out of the area that the carts were in because it was blocked by the gas grill and briquettes.This one around one on Sunday June 09, 2024. I addressed my concerns to the young man that was the supervisor on duty. He seemed unmoved by my concern. If you notice the empty cart that was where I retrieved the cart from the row. If my daughter was there alone if would of been extremely difficult to get a cart out of there.

Kroger Braelinn is just awful. Stopped buying meats and produce there years ago due to poor quality. Tried again recently and same thing. The chicken was bad. I buy the best quality brand I can find but still smelled bad when I got home and it was not past the date. Fruit tasted bad as well. Also there is no customer service here. Don’t come looking for help or for anyone to speak or smile. You are in the wrong place.

I am a consistent Kroger shopper.
Two things irritate me the most.
The fact that they don't stuff cash registers after like 8:00 at night so if you are a person that works hard during the day and that's the best time for you to go to the grocery shopping you're trying to ring up $200 worth of groceries on your own.
The second thing is thinking I'm saving time by doing pickup and getting to Kroger at 6:20 only to be waiting in line for my pickup between 6:00 and 7:00 and it's now 7:41 ???

After not receiving my “Pick Up” groceries between the promised time and waiting there an hour + for them I was pretty disappointed & exhausted.
However, a young lady by the name of Hailey who works in that department was SO sweet and kind! I know it wasn’t her fault but she continuously apologized for the mishap and reassured me that she was working diligently on it. I wish her nothing but the best in life as she has an amazing and beautiful spirit which means a lot in this world.
On another note, life happens and I still love this location next time I will be more proactive regarding picking up my future orders.

I pulled in tonight at tried to go into the store to print out my tag on my birthday and the door was locked at 10:56pm and the attendant said the store was closed. I asked him what time it closed and he said 11:00. I showed him my phone through the glass that showed 10:56 and he just shrugged his shoulders. I asked him if I could just run in and use the kiosk and print out my tag and be done by 11:00? He just looked away and refused to answer me. Ridiculous. Maybe they should put 10:55 on their store hours instead of 11:00!

This store is dark and dingy. Lacking in customer service, employees and good products.I purchased chicken salad with grapes from the deli and it was filled with chicken skin. The website says items are available on certain aisles, but they are not. I needed some cash back one day, so I bought a candy bar at the self checkout and an associate came running over and checked my purchase. And the .75 fee for cash back is ridiculous. Prices are high and quality is low. Was buying beer on a Sunday, first was told noon, then told 12:30 pm. When I asked which time it really was, I was told 12:31 for me. There are many items outdated, especially in dairy, meat, bread and deli.

I’m very disappointed today I always shop at this store and this is the first time I’ve been so upset, this lady Susan she was very rude with me and my family because we didn’t understand a couple things and she acted like I was stupid if you don’t like work with people I think Kroger is not the best place to work

For the first time we bought at Kroger (we are regular customers) and when it came to paying, we had the worst experience with Mrs. Susan, it was a completely racist treatment and we felt badly treated, she has no patience and good treatment with customers. look for another job
