Love this store. Always a nice variety of selections. Customer service could be better. I passed associates as I walked throughout the entire store and not one spoke or asked if I needed assistance. I just left.

I have gone to Kirklands twice and the doors are locked during regular business hours. I personally saw them lose three customers who couldn't enter the store. Bad way to do business!
