Before Discount Tires Franchise bought the Good Year Tire of Kedron Village owned by Glen, I was somewhat disheartened because of outstanding service they rendered to all my vehicles. However, Juan the manager of Discounters Tires is superb , professional, dedicated, and customer service driven as he holds the standards of Discounters Tires. Juan has won me and my family over in just who and what he represents.
Eric the front desk service advisor who was once a mechanic has joined the Dicounters Tires family. His entry, eagerness to build the trust of those long time devoted customers of Good Year in believing they will receive the same level of honesty, respect, customer service focused. Eric is a prize keeper as well. It’s good to see the face and quality of professionalism within him. Five stars again this round Discounters Tires!

I highly recommend Kedron Tire and Automotives to ANYONE looking for a nice environment and great staff! Store employee Eric Hall made me feel right at home the second I walked in the store and I couldn’t have felt more welcomed!! The atmosphere is great, conversations are a pleasure, and The employees are hard working!! They have definitely earned a new customer with me and again I encourage anybody else to come if you’re looking for great service and people who take care of your car!!!

I want to thank the good folks over at Kedron Tire Discounters for professional and speedy service. I had 2 ATV Open Country tires installed and my Tundra drive experience has been great! If you miss courteous service and shorter wait times than most tire shops visit Virgil and his team.

Every time I’ve come in they’ e been expedient and communicative. They’ve never tried to upsell me and have always gone through everything with me piece by piece. Super friendly group of people and nice clean lobby to wait in.
Unrelated to my service, but useful info: The shop is walking distance to many other businesses if you need to kill time or get other things done while you wait. Also next door to Palmers (and close to a few other places) if you want to grab a bite to eat.

We’ve been taking our cars to Kedron Tire for a few years. The most recent visit was to have my brakes replaced. The staff were very friendly, efficient, and professional. They have great personalities and are very personable. Thanks for taking care of my cars each time we visit.

My husband and I both brought our cars in this past weekend. After some slight confusion, both of our cars were fixed and we were happy with our service. Eric, the manager was great to work with. He explained the issues thoroughly and made sure that we did not leave his shop with a bad taste. Great people to work with and will be coming back!

Very cool staff. Took us on a walk in and changed 4 tires that I brought in. Looked at my car and informed me of some issues that needed to be fixed. Although I declined those services that day, I will be returning here to get things taken care soon. Great customer service!!!
