Be aware they do not help with nails in you're tire. They say they cannot beer liable???Now who holds anyone liable for plugging a hole in your your.??Seems no one is interested in serving their customers any more.Go to Discount Tire. They have great service and plug tires.

I've visited this location twice, and I've always found them to be helpful, honest, and transparent. Sean provides great service, and my family and I will continue to visit Mavis whenever the need arises.

Great team with great energy. I had a tire emergency and they didn’t hesitate to help me out, even with it being so close to closing time. They also gave me a fair assessment regarding my emergency. Highly recommended!

This is my 2nd stopping here in the past 2 weeks or so. I didn't get the lady's name who was at the desk on the 10/7 but I stopped in straight from a funeral because my tire sensor said my tire was at zero. She checked all tires and properly filled them. Also told me which sensor needed replacing. All at no charge.Then today 10/24, I stopped in because my low tire sensor was on in another vehicle and Tyler came out to assist because I haven't been able to get the tire cap off. He removed it and replaced all caps because they were falling apart. Found the tire that's low and filled them all. Again no charge. Awesome service.

Stopped in today because the cooler weather caused my low tire pressure warning light to come on. TYLER provided us with courteous, immediate, expert attention and did an AWESOME job. We were out in just a few minutes with no warning lights. I had not expected SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE but that’s what I got! Thanks, Tyler, you did a great job and won another customer!

About a month ago I got to work and realized I had a nail in my tire. I called Mavis and Kevin answered and asked if I could drop the vehicle off and he would work my car into the rotation. They were very busy that day and I greatly appreciated them taking care of me that day. I will definitely be a returning customer.

The customer service at this location was superb and I will be returning. I took my daughter's vehicle in for squeaky brakes and an oil change. I thought I needed brakes but it turns out I didn't. The manager thoroughly explained the reason for the squeak as well as his team added power steering fluid. I felt they operate with high integrity which starts with the manager I worked with today. They provided updates throughout the process as of I was at my favorite Infiniti dealership north Atlanta. Overall awesome experience.

I don’t normally write reviews. But I just received the best service here at Mavis Tires & Brakes! I didn’t even have an appointment scheduled and they were kind enough to take me less than 2hrs before they closed! Holly was super friendly and provided excellent customer service! I will definitely return here for all my tire and brakes service needs!

The workers here are always polite, thorough and genuinely care about doing good work that insures my car remains roadworthy and safe. They take the time to show me where the problems are and explain what I am seeing and what is required to fix the problems as well ad giving accurate estimate information up front. They always do this in a polite way and are never condescending when I ask questions or need clarification. Holly, Mike and the whole team seem to genuinely care that they're helping each customer stay safe on the road. Take your car here-every time.

I went to the Mavis at 240 Peachtree East in Peachtree City.Go there if you want to be treated as a valued customer! Ricka (not sure of spelling) was amazing! She was so nice, so smart about her job and was awesome at communicating! I was pleasantly surprised because these days it feels so rushed and cold when you go places but she was so nice, so calm and so helpful.I even got a discount that I had no idea about because I had purchased tires there previously.She went the extra mile for sure.Great experience!

Unbelievable. Just brought in our Lexus the have a nail removed/patched. 3.5 hours later I'm told it's ready but needs 4 new tires. Fine. I'll shop and bring it back another time. Go pick it up and not only did they NOT remove the nail. They didn't return the wheel lock. So when we brought to Discount Tire next day we had to drive all the way back to get the lock. And then there was no apology or acknowledgment that the tire was never repaired!

Great team, management is great. I took my car in had to have a lot of work done on my front end. Cowboy really knocked it out the park! RAC & Pinion with an alignment. Prices were great! I will definitely be going back! Highly recommend!!!

Great location with the best service. Mike and his crew did a wonderful job getting my truck in and out quickly. Tire rotation and oil change and wasn't going to charge me an outrageous price on the oil change since I had my own oil and filter. THANK YOU for you hard work!ou

I went in and I had needed my tire plugged and I asked how much it was going to be the manager stated it would be 29.99 I explained to him that I only had 15 and then he asked me for my name and phone number I kindly explained to him to wait to see if I can get the other 15 that I needed and he said I'm going to see what I can do so they took my car back and they plugged the tire the better way and Shawn was awesome great customer service and this store deserves 5 stars they are going to get blessed just the way they blessed me cause they didn't even charge me to plug my tire. Thank you Mavis and Team

I got some new tires as well as a tire rotation done today, and I was helped by Jared and another gentleman. They took exceptional care of and provided great service to my vehicle and me. I am very satisfied and will definitely be back.
