I will definitely be returning to this location, the young men there were very knowledgeable and professional, I didn’t feel as though I was being taken advantage of with the services. My brakes were done in a timely manner and Shawn , Jahrel & Marcus were a delight and continuously checked to see if I was okay or needed anything. I have referred my daughters and colleagues to this location and if possible for these gentleman to assist in their services. We need more professional places of business such as these.

**Updated - My tires are crap. I have gotten them balanced twice from other places and they are still wobbling so bad. Will never go here again.
I placed an order online for tires and was able to schedule the service for the next day. Thats the only positive. I waited for them to put the tires on, took a good amount of time for all 4 tires. I was told it was done and paid. As I am waiting for them to bring my car out, they stop me and tell me that they put the tires on backwards (inside was on the outside) of all but 1 tire and I would have to wait for them to fix the issue. I left and brought it back about 10 minutes later. I was told they would give me an oil change for the hassle. I called around 455pm to see the status and to get it after work and was told oh yea they are finishing up right now. I arrived around 520 and my car was still on the lift. They advised they had to go get the items to do the oil change on the car. I get into the car, and it was obvious they drove it to get the oil/filter, because it had about 10 miles less in gas then when I dropped it off, the driver seat was also moved all the way back and leaning all the way back. I drove it home (downtown Newnan) and the wheels are wobbling. I called today and will take it back because they obviously didn't balance the tires. If they do not balance the tires correctly after this, I will be calling corporate because this place is a mess. I would not recommend this place.

3rd visit and haven’t had a good experience yet. I come back because I have a warranty but that just means they put my truck on a lift and then work on everything else except my truck.
First in here today, first one on a lift for a road hazard warranty for a screw in a tire. 2 1/2 hours later; still here
They seriously take everyone’s keys and put as many vehicles on lifts as they can. Once they have you on a lift, you can’t just leave. I hear them tell people, “probably take an hour”. I have never seen anyone leave here in an hour

Walked in for a wheel alignment on my BMW X5. My car pulled to the right before the alignment...after the alignment it pulled even harder to the right. Brought it back shortly after and turns out a bunch of the specs were out of range (after the first alignment). They then did a second alignment. Car still pulled to the right but not as badly. Did not have the time or patience to entertain a 3rd alignment with these guys. Took it to a shop that specializes in BMW down the street who did an alignment - surprise surprise, the specs were out of range again after the second alignment done by Mavis. Turns out the upper control arms had to be replaced with adjustable ones to be able to get everything to line up properly. I called Mavis to get a refund since I had to pay for a 3rd alignment at another shop to get things done right. They said they would refund...but only in person. I live in Washington now, I'm not flying across the country for a $145 refund that should be processed over the phone. Filed a claim with my credit card company, which Mavis corporate fought tooth and nail to win - having to go back and forth over 10 times and provide a dictionary worth of invoices, reports, and documentation only to see BofA support these clowns and have the funds reversed. Will never take my car into a Mavis again, should have listened to the guy out front who told me they suck! If you have a European car 100% STAY AWAY.

Recently moved to the PTC/ GA area from out of state and was looking for a place to get routine mx done on my vehicle. Decided to try this location over the dealer due to proximity to me and not only did they complete the services needed but they price matched the special offered by the dealer. Thanks you to Justin and Shaun. Plan on returning. ??

I made 2 reservations online, one for each of my vehicles; the first appointment at 8am and the second at 9am. Just simple oil changes for both. I was there at 8 with the first car.
I don’t understand how at 10am my first car still hadn’t been touched. Please help me understand the purpose of your online reservation system if you are going to completely disregard it.
My entire morning was wasted because I could not wait longer than two hours. So I walked away with neither vehicle receiving an oil change.
