Wonderful customer service! The attentive staff quickly changed sizes to a more appropriate fit as I tried on a variety of items. Special props on their graciousness as I ran over business hours!
JJill - please, return to more natural fibers and leave Viscose, Rayon, Lyocell, etc. behind. They do not last well and perform poorly when dried in a dryer. Not a fan. Your customers are about comfort, complementary fit with a sense of fashion. Natural fibers win, hands down, every time.
Every pair of men's pants have pockets. Women's dresses and slacks need the same!

This store has the best customer service! Such a great place to shop. The associates offer excellent personal service from the moment you arrive, and even after you leave! I left an item in the dressing room and they tracked me down! They offer a variety of styles for different body types and all ages. This was my experience, and I heard several conversations like this from other customers as I shopped. I’ll be back!

Poor customer service...associates stand around and talk, never acknowledge I was in the store, never offered help. I drove an hour each way to shop here. When I spoke up they all looked shocked. They rushed to greet other customers. I will never spend another penny in this store. When they think your ready to check out that's when you get help. Talbots and other stores got my business.

I would have loved to purchase but there was only one person on the floor and they were busy with another customer. After a 10 minute wait I decided I'd try again another time. This was my first time in the store.

I had the best shopping experience today at your store. So tired of shopping online but love the fashions at the store. Today I was able to build on my capsule wardrobe, try on so many style to find what I was looking for. staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I will be back.
