“If I could leave more stars I would. Dealing with Verizon can be challenging, frustrating and all over a pain. I have spent 4 days and over 12 hours trying to get a line transferred from one account to another and a new phone for that line. I have been given the run around told so many things and lies empty promises. Told the agents would call me back and they didn’t, told my account was upgraded to the new plan and wasn’t. So when I came in Britt took care of me. He got me set up the right way. Knew exactly what to do. Believed me when I told him I was promised something even though there was nothing he could do to fulfill the false promise he found a even better solution. If you want an honest patient person to help you with all your Verizon and phone needs Britt is your man. He deserves 10 stars in my book and need a huge raise.
