I had Robert do my taxes and he was very informative. He was a CPA for 19 years which helped give him insight into the tax process. He wasn't just filling out forms. The manager here I don't remember her name, but she was funny and engaging. It was really nice also seeing other people that worked there helping each other. It was a clean environment and an easy atmosphere. Didn't feel stuffy like a tax library.

They do taxes, no more guidance than the online software but saved me about an hour of the three it normally takes me to do my own taxes. Not worth more than twice the price of online in my experience.

Once appointment was set. Was able to drop off tax forms required so my taxes where completed on my appointment. Than Patricia just need to go over with me and get my signatures needed. In and out quickly.
