“I understand the issues of running a company such as this in todays time. I Know that that few people sign into work with the intentions of making their customers unhappy or leaving a bad impression. Also dealing with the general public must be challenging as well. That being said things happen and sometimes things are just out of ones control. Without getting into my own issues with Home Depot I would like to say that Corey and Bridget have made a bad situation tolerable and have gone above and beyond to correct it. Home Depot doesn't need my business, I get that, but it's only because of these two they still have it. I want to thank these two for their professionalism and time They've taken with me personally to handle an ongoing problem I'm having with an order. It's comforting to know that some people really do still care about their customers, especially in a company this size. Kudos to you guys, you have a lot to teach others.”
