Whitney did a fabulous job with my fur babies. I was really nervous after having a previous bad grooming experience, but she was very familiar with Aussies, and she helped both of my girls feel so comfortable and at ease. And she did not shave their coats ???? their booties look so much better, and their fur was so well brushed that they’re the softest they’ve been since they were puppies. My more social and energetic one was able to get her energy out and Whitney took her time to introduce the world of grooming to her, and my older one is a little more laid back and she was able to chill and relax in a more low key area! Thank you! I will definitely be returning.

The staff for grooming, daycare, and extended boarding are wonderful! The care our dog receives has been wonderful, and as a newer dog family hey have had great words or wisdom and encouragement to share with us, as well as good recommendations for care and services throughout the local community.

I had never left my pet before so we were worried but it was for nothing! He seemed happy and healthy when we picked him up! We were gone for almost a week and he seemed to really of done very well while we were away. So nice to know we have found somewhere we can safely and confidently leave our pet!

If you want your dog hurt leave them at this place! My dog got his jaw broken here. He had to have emergency surgery! This place had NO insurance to cover $10,000 we had to pay out of our pocket. of you love your pet you will NOT leave them at this place. Our dog died with pins and rods in his mouth and jaw as a result of their negligence! In my opinion it you are considering leaving your " 4 legged member of the family" here please think again! the injury was caused during the night when no one was there to take care of him. how long did our little guy lay there on the floor bleeding and hurting? Would you really want to think of your precious pet laying there with no help? other dogs can escape from their "boarding areas" and severely hurt or kill your pet due to the negligence of employees not doing their jobs! If you love your pet stay far away from this place!!!!!!!!
