When does this location actually take donations??? Try to drop stuff off and they tell me they are not taking anything or the doors are locked. Came by this morning and the lady said they weren't open yet. I came back 2 hours later and the doors are locked.

The staff just tells you they don't have any room for new stuff, or they have a hurt leg so they cant help, or some other excuse so they don't have to do anything. They will recommend going to one of their other stores or call for pickup. Will not be going here anymore.

Quick and easy drop off location. You just park and they come outside and get your donations.

Back right up to the front door and the employees come out and help you unload. Very quick process every time.

Just waiting outside with three other cars to drop off donations. Sign on the door says that they are loading a truck in the back. Went to the back and there’s no truck. No one answering phones either.

Very rude employees. Complained about us dropping off stuff the entire time, and when I asked if I needed to take things to a different Goodwill (since they were complaining about it), I was ignored. They have a sign saying that masks are required to enter yet the guy in charge wasn’t wearing one. I felt like we were being nuisances for donating things. Not a great experience at all.
