Lee Woodruff and the Golf Rider team were phenomenal to work with. They shared valuable information on the different types of golf carts and helped to narrow down the models to fit our needs. On two occasions, Lee spent time addressing my wife’s questions in a “no pressure” environment. They were also accommodating. We purchased the golf cart on a weekend and wanted to add the enclosure/cover. Considering the technicians were not there to install on a Saturday, and we wanted to enjoy the new ride over the weekend, they picked up the cart the following week, had it installed and delivered back to our home. First class service and experience!

Had another great experience with the team at Golf Rider. Last week my cart was having trouble charging, tripping the circuit in the garage (probably because of the hole in the roof from our pool company). Anyway ended up taking my cart and charger to golf rider to trouble shoot. After checking it out, they determined it was the charger, which they replaced at not cost. In addition, they did a realignment, replaced the driver side mirror, and secured the steering wheel column - all at no cost to me. Lee Woodruff (our original salesman) basically dropped what he was doing to help me and kept me updated on what was going on. The front desk was also great, as they made sure I was comfortable while waiting. In fact everytime someone that I hadn't seen before, when they came to the front, asked if I had been helped and needed anything. Finally the service manager at the desk (Reggie) was fantastic to work with. I am so glad that we bought our cart from Golf Rider as they treat you great like a customer vs just another sale. While I hope I don't have issues with the cart in future, it's comforting to know that I am in good hands. Will continue to recommend this great company and great people to all. Consider me a customer for life!

At the last minute right before closing on the day before Fourth of July. SCOTT in the parts department quickly repaired the tire for me on the golf cart very professional and much appreciated. Five star service all the way.

If you’re looking for a great experience, this is the place to go. The environment and team are top notch. There is a lot of competition currently in this space but do yourself a favor and stop by before making a decision and see for yourself. There is a good reason they have been around so long.
