Went there twice, and it doesn't matter how many people are in the store shopping. They attend to you immediately that you enter the shop to enhance what you are looking for easier. Very quick services. Everyone worker in the shop seemed to know how to handle every department.

This is my absolute first stop for most hardware supplies. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. Plus the prices are not that much different from the big box chain stores. Shop Local.

Was told they had an item, and to go to their website to see it.Liked it , drove to the store to buy. Would not honor the price on THEIR website ( 1/2 the price ).Told I had to pay 2x price instore, but was free to order one and return it with my store receipt in 3 days when it arrived.Made no sense. Usually fill my tanks 2 times a month there, now driving to PetroFlame....gonna cost them $500-$1000 a year in business over a $20 price match.

Only place to find American made 1/4 pegboard on the Southside. Good prices and EXCELLENT customer service. My first time in the store, but was out the door and loaded in my truck in less than 5 minutes!

I visited today to get a lamp repaired. I figured I'd have to leave it for a couple of days, but was pleasantly surprised when Tyler began repairing the lamp no longer than a couple of minutes after It's entered the store! Incredibly, it only took him a few more minutes to finish switching out the switch for a new one and testing it. Great job! Thanks guys?
