It was a pleasure working with Fred during my home buying process. He was so helpful with questions that I had. I appreciate him taking pictures and videos during the building process. Having him as my realtor made the experience less stressful.

Choosing Fred as. our realtor is one of the best decisions we have ever made as a family. Fred does not fit the usual mold of a regular realtor. He has all the attributes of a true professional: - a very pleasant personality, - very professional, - immediate follow-up and feedback, - a good listener, - very patient: if Job were to live in our day, he would have needed to have something to learn from Fred about patience. Fred helped us to find a home that was the best fit for or needs. and temperament, in Sandy Springs. Recently, we needed to move into a bigger house. Again Fred was there to take us through it, this time in Newnan. I believe I have to go with Fred as many times as I go through this process. That is how good he is, and I recommend him to as many as want to go this route.

Mr. Fred Hogan is the most pleasant individual you would ever meet. He is professional, knows his stuff and most importantly he listens to the client (me). He follows up and follows through; A man of his word. There was a challenging situation that arose during the buying process that was resolved relatively quickly and smoothly because of Fred’s indubitable keen ability to be proactive in execution. I could go on and on about how thorough he is. Without further pontification, I’ll say this, I will personally use his services again and would recommend Fred to anyone that could use his services as well.

I asked him for a property tour, agreed to it on phone, later when receiving my details through email gave me the run around. Gave me a bad feeling wouldn't trust this guy to sell you anything.

Working with Fred Hogan was the best choice we made when looking for a home. He is such an amazing person and really understands you.
