Greg is a Rock Star. I was having problems getting an order printed and bound. The problem was on my end but he took it upon himself to find the quickest, easiest solution for me. I was up against a deadline and his help an great customer service got me back on track.

This location is small, and a somewhat difficult to find because of its location inside of Walmart. The highlight of this location however is definitely the customer service I received from the associate Gregory. I arrived with a very large important shipment and Gregory went above and beyond to not only pack the shipment for me but ensured my peace of mind by personally following up with confirmation via phone and email. His eagerness to be solutions oriented in a somewhat distressful time for me and his commitment to following up to over deliver made my experience exceptional. Thank you Gregory!

I had a rather large print job this summer and the customer service was outstanding. I didn't know what I was doing and he was SO VERY helpful. I wish I knew his name.

The location is conveniently accessible inside Walmart, if you are going to shop! A direct storefront would be nicer and roomier. There are so few in Fayette Cnty on this 54 corridor if you need a full service stop.

Cs by manager Devita was bad.Plus, they do not do same day or next day INVITATION PICK UP. but fedex website allows this location to be picked up.Bad customer service. Thursday evening I ordered 20 invitations. I get a call from the store manager Davita saying printing not available at this store so either pick up at Fayetteville location or wait until Monday to pick up. I said no, asked for refund she said she can’t refund herself. I had to call 1800. WHAT?I called 1800, associates put me on hold so she can call the office to cancel my order.I was like WHAT? Why couldn’t she cancel it when I was on the phone? Associate said store can cancel from their end… so she’s not sure why Devita made me go through the hassle of calling.

Davita was beyond helpful and very sweet. I needed help formatting my order and she was happy to help. If not for Davita, I would have given up completely and printed elsewhere. She really made the experience for me!

Lady who works there gave me the hardest time about shipping ipads back to Xfinity. UPS would never and I’llMake sure i request a UPS shipping label next time . I see why they weren’t busy.

A lady named Cynthia assisted me over the phone today. She was rude, disrespectful, not customer service oriented, demeaning, arrogant, and so much more. She was very impatient with my questions. She was also not accommodating at all with any of my requests. Terrible customer service. Terrible personality.
