These were the rudest ladies to purchase from- very snooty and untruthful. I made a headboard purchase that was arranged to get picked up a few days later. Within 2 hours of the purchase, I found a better deal with an entire bed frame. I called to explain and ask for a refund. Even though it was same day and had not been picked up, it was not allowed and I was given a run around reason. Strike one. I said it was fine and they offered store credit. I agreed to that being as there was about $800 of merchandise I was coming back in to purchase. I was called the next day to be asked if I would like to pay for the remainder of the new purchase with the credit from the old. I agreed after Dana talked down to me for 5 mins with "this is a one time exception, I'll never do this again, this is not our policy." Strike two. I stayed calm until Tonya gets on the phone and tells me- sorry we paid the consign or out today- so now, no you can't get store credit. I've worked in a consignment store and this is not how they run. Strike three. they were both dirty and talking about me while putting me on hold 2-3 times on the phone until they decided to be nasty about it. I'll be picking up my purchase, relisting it, and never returning. When I told Dana and Tonya this, they questioned where I received bad service and continued to get irate with me.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I purchased a cherry wood king sized bed recently. I am very pleased. Highly recommend this business.
