This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my whole life. They were so unprofessional!!! They never communicated, they were stringing us along, misdiagnosed, didn’t fix the problem and lied to us. And they kept my car hostage for three weeks!!! Then we had to tow it to another place across town and they fixed it within 4 days flat! I will never ever go back to Earls Quality Car Care again and I will never ever recommend this place to anybody else.

I am very disappointed with Earls Quality Care. My husband has a warranty on the vehicle, and they have had it for over two months to replace a compressor. My husband has been in communication with Kay, who has tried to assure him that everything was progressing smoothly; however, after the warranty company paid their portion, they are claiming an additional amount that was never discussed until yesterday. Today, we went to pick up my car, as the work has not been completed due to the warranty company allegedly sending a defective compressor. Which I came out of my own pocket and purchased a new compressor for them to put on. During our visit, the manager and what I believe was his wife approached my husband with an unexpected level of aggression, assuming we would be unable to pay the additional $470. I find it concerning that such assumptions were made, and it leaves me questioning the reasons behind their judgment. Is it because we are African American?
Thank you for keeping my high-end vehicle for over two months; however, the work is still not complete.

You are correct; I did not have the opportunity to speak with you directly regarding my vehicle. However, my husband has been in contact with your team. I want to clarify that I am not trying to damage your reputation; I am simply sharing our experience with others.
Also thank you so much for correcting me regarding “body shop” that has been updated.

Very unprofessional customer service is a 0 out of 10.. They treat African Americans like we are beneath them.. They talk to you like you are not a paying customer.. My high end car has been sitting for over two months because they trying to squeeze every penny out of my warranty come and me.. Don’t take your business to these guys especially if you are a African American with a foreign car.. The owner lied saying they been calling me to pay the remaining amount to get my car. I never got a call from them. I called them EVERYDAY for months a spoke to ki she never asked me for any money until yesterday.. i have her on recording stating she’ll call me before any additional cost came up. Never got a call.. The owner insulted me saying i couldn’t pay the $479 so i gladly paid an they’ll be hearing from my lawyer

Earl’s does a great job finding out what is wrong with my car, then offering immediate options to fix it. They have been very thorough and honest with all of my transactions. They offer a pick-up service which is awesome and SO helpful! Appreciate all those who helped me (Joel, Kim, Key).

Had my car 6 months after 4 months of communication. With them assuring me they would call me to pick up car. They instead sent car to an impound yard. In which impound yard purposely waited 15 days to send me a letter saying car was impounded 225$ and 25$ daily impound. That now comes to a price of $600. All they had to do was to call me, and tell me to come get my car. Even the office people at the time was talking to me and assured to me they was not charging me for car to be on the parking lot. I constantly called them through out the period. Then they seem to be having a communication issue or breakdown. They had my number. So it would have took no time I would have retrieve my car. They said they lost money. How your the specialist if you misdiagnosed why is it my issue.

The people who work at Earls are honest, friendly and know what they are doing. They will not try to rip you off with services you don’t need. Kim was the one I dealt with the most and she is wonderful!

I had 2 cars getting fixed.. they fixed the problem very quick and was very professional and patient..If I ever have another issue with my cars this will be the place to take it..
