Ms. DEE and Ms. BETH, for lack of better vocabulary, are phenomenal people! (might I add, they both deserve to be promoted). They will go above and beyond to help the customer, I can personally attest to that?♀️. This is THE dollar store to visit if you are ever in the peachtree city/fayetteville area. Simply put, they are awesome. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!!

This was my first time at this store in PTC, so I browse around, time to check out put the green basket on the belt, mind you it doesn’t move forward so I had to push all my items forward, lady did not help, She puts my items in 1 bag puts them back in the green basket, I paid at this point, I grab my bag ready to leave the lady says to me, you have to bring the green basket up to the front, what??? You work here, this is part of your job, you put it up to the front that’s not my job!!! Can’t make this up!! Store is very small, messy and not coming back!!

Your cashier shouldn’t be asking me if I’m on drugs just because I’m buying snacks for my house. That made for an extremely uncomfortable experience. Didn’t help she had attitude about the card reader too.

I’m appreciative to have this dollar tree so close to me. I go in very often to purchase things for my family and also business. Two of the associates by the name of BRAYDEN & Quintez are always extremely helpful, always smiling, working hard weather it’s assisting customers, cleaning or stocking. They both time & time again continue to go above and beyond what’s expected and sadly this has become a rare at other stores and locations. I’m appreciative of them and the help and friendliness they constantly provide.

I was told they don’t do refunds. I shop around for an exchange and then they said you can only exchange at the original store that you bought the items, after I was in line for fifteen minutes for the only one cashier. I didn’t know you can change corporate’s policies. Because it states on the receipt that you can do a return with the receipt, it doesn’t specify needing to stay at the same location.The manager started to help the cashier with the exchange, but maybe got frustrated with her not knowing what to do. And then had the cashier tell me that they can’t do the exchange.Manager didn’t even have to be on the register and he had the old lady cashier deliver the news to me. She was apologetic. Kudos to her.

Godspeedtransport.com sets up auto shipping nationwide. Dollar tree is nationwide and always helps with their wide variety of products. I recommend dollar tree and Godspeedtransport.com for nationwide service!

Joanna who works here is absolutely the best Dollar Tree employee I have met! She truly makes coming to this location enjoyable and she goes above and beyond the call of duty to help her customers. She helped me with get my large order into my cart and began pulling it when i called to ask if the items were in stock and i said i was on the way! She helped get everything scanned and counted each piece to ensure it was correctly rung. She found spare boxes to place the items on her own accord and held the door open for me when i left. I am a high volume purchaser of product from various dollar tree stores. I frequent 2-3 stores a week and have visited many stores but no one has ever been as kind! I’ll definitely be back again here!

I came to the store on August 13th needing 187 pool noodles. First of all, this was the only dollar tree in several nearby cities with pool noodles still in stock. Secondly, I know this has got to be an absolute pain to count out and check out. Emanuel, the store manager, was incredible, though - great customer service, never looked frustrated, went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get what I needed while also helping other customers in the store, helped me get the pool noodles outside, and somehow managed to make the process seem fast and easy. 10/10 experience and great management.

Great Shopping Experience I had here. I enjoyed the huge selection of inventory and the fact that there wasn’t a lot of shoppers in the store at the time. Maybe because I went early during the week at a time where people are at work and kids are in school. I found selections of items in stock there that I haven’t seen available in a dollar tree before the Pandemic hit I will come back and shop again

Love this place no matter the location. Have some really spectacular products o that are only 1 dollar. For instance La's Totally Awesome - it is a cleaner that cleans better than most other cleaners for a fraction of the price. I am serious. You should try it.
