CVS is a drug store and pharmacy that offers prescription services, lab testing, and rapid COVID-19 testing for eligible individuals. Customers report that prescriptions can be picked up at the drive-thru and that staff are helpful in applying savings programs. The store also sells general retail items, with some locations inside Target stores offering added convenience, though accessing the standalone pharmacy can require walking through the larger store. Recent reviews highlight a significant positive transformation in customer service at one location, which had previously struggled with poor service, long drive-thru lines, and unanswered phones. The turnaround has been impressive, with notably improved prescription times and efficient, well-organized service. The staff are described as extremely helpful, professional, sweet, friendly, courteous, and mannerable, with a great energy that makes customers want to return. While acknowledging that everyone can have a bad day, the overall sentiment is that the current team provides excellent and fast service, restoring confidence in the pharmacy. Additional positives include seasonal promotions like discounted holiday items and valuable coupons printed on receipts.
Now that the CVS in Fayetteville has reopened, service is back to normal and very good. But yeah, when Fayetteville was closed, it was pretty bad here.

If you go in talk to Tanea. She was extremely helpful and had such a great energy! I normally don’t get the feeling of wanting to comeback to a drug store but after interacting with Tanea I will definitely be stopping back by to grab items from this specific CVS.

Understaffed pharmacy, it seems. Prescriptions take much longer to get filled at this location than others, or at Wallgreens. If you have an issue, and try to call the pharmacy, no one answers the phones. Seems like the management at this location is poor.
