The room is nice, BUT… this place isn’t set up for a late check-in. This place is laid out like an apartment complex, so you have to drive to one building to check-in & then get back in the car and drive to another building for your room. We checked in late, so ALL the parking spots were taken at our building. So, I dropped off my wife with the bags and parked 100+ yards away in the dark to park. In the room we called the front desk for more pillows, but our room phone didn’t work, so my wife had to call on her cell. Turns out, the housekeeping had already left, and security doesn’t get there until 11… so, a security guard will bring our pillows whenever he gets here. Really? Need a little better planning for a giant hotel, guys. Also, the gym is in the central building, so I’m going to have to walk in the morning to find it wherever it is.

Room was standard but nice. Parking was limited and caused a long walk. Rooms are in different buildings and it's confusing to navigate.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I’m an IHG rewards member and this is my last visit to an IHG hotel it was that bad. First off upon arriving, we find that check-in is located down a gigantic hill and there’s nowhere to park at the bottom and you have to Go up and down it regardless if you plan on checking into this hotel. I am paralyzed and use a wheelchair to get around so this was the first major issue. After rolling down the hill with all my luggage and then find that you cannot get to the rooms from the front desk so then I had to roll back up the same hill with all my luggage again.
Next, I was disappointed to find out that the website is completely wrong. There are not two restaurants and a bar. There is one restaurant and it is located where the front desk is meaning that unless you plan drive or to take an Uber there from your room, you’re not getting there. This place is set up like an apartment complex. Except instead of being at the front, the main office is all the way at the back. Besides that you better have a good set of walking shoes to get anywhere around here and be ready to climb some hills.
Lastly, I booked a Lakeside room which was more expensive and supposedly larger than the normal rooms. So my “Lakeside room” There is exactly 36 inches on each side of the king size bed between the bed and the wall. I’ve literally never seen a smaller hotel room in my life and that Includes even a $29 mom and pop hotel. Additionally, there is no lake at all. It’s More akin to a Koi pond. I really don’t understand how the parent company allows. You guys to stay in business or keep your banner under their brand. You should be ashamed of yourself. I wish I could attach photos to show how big this room actually is. It is absolutely comical. There’s not even room for the Wheelchair to turn around on either side of the bed. There’s literally 36 inches of space maximum if that on each side of the bed.
Again, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Do not waste your time coming here. You will be very disappointed.
Sincerely, Dylan Redd
Rooms: If you like to pay $195 for a room with less than 36 inches on each side of the bed between the bed and the wall, then this is the room for you.
Walkability: I was extremely disappointed to find out that I had to literally roll up and down gigantic hill with my wheelchair just to get to the check-in office. It’s completely banana bananas, and someone should have mentioned this before I checked in. I’ve never stayed at a more inaccessible hotel in my life and I’ve stayed at hundreds and hundreds of hotels across the country

Wonderful Weekend Getaway
I stayed at the crowne plaza peach tree campus for 4 days and I loved it. If you’re looking for a quiet weekend getaway this is your place. Driving up the windy roads leading up to the lobby for check in felt like going to a gorgeous summer camp by a lake in the woods. There is an amphitheater, gorgeous lake, and fountain just beyond the main building that has a walking trail that wraps around the campus— I’d urge you to explore. The main building has the dining hall, gym, pool, and a grab-and-go market. The bar or dining hall has a walkout balcony with a lake view that would be perfect for summer. I loved that the guestrooms are placed across campus each located with its own view of the “woods” or the “lake.” The campus and inside of each building was well maintained, and the guest rooms were very clean and the room smelled fresh. The central heating in my guest room worked perfectly to keep my room warm on the chilliest night of my stay. My only con to note is that If you are not driving you will find that you will likely need a golf cart or hotel shuttle service to get from the hotel to any of the nearby restaurants, cafes or shops. The good stuff is not in a reasonably walking distance from the hotel campus. Crowneplaza peach tree was truly an experience unlike other traditional hotels and I would stay again.

I would like to give a shout out to the bartender Mrs Vanessa I haven’t had someone improvised as drink that wasn’t common to an area, she deserves a raise and any future employer should give her the max pay range she will take care of you

Very A+ Hotel. From the shuttle drivers to the front desk, buffet workers, housekeeping, and honestly it's a really neat looking resort. If you like trees and a river and want to be relaxed, this is definitely the hotel for you. Special thanks to Lana and the staff. Had the bus turn around just so I could get to the airport on time. Life saver! Bajloud Approved!
Rooms: Extra clean and everything worked. Very big too.
Food and drinks: Buffet food, also their restaurant had great food as well. And be sure to visit Chicago Pizza and the movie theater. Self dispensing popcorn machine!
