The gas station in the business itself honestly isn't that bad but it's employees are questionable there's one "mike" and he's a real character I'm going to start by saying he's racist I'm a African American male and one day I didn't feel like talking to him so he got an attitude and I told him just to give me what I needed so I can leave and then he goes to ban me from the store then turns around and tell everybody at the store that I threaded him with a gun proceeds to tell my girlfriend that she doesn't need to be with a thug and that she needs a guy like him so when I confront him about it he wants to go off in front of all of the other customers and say bring your gun out cuz I got something for you and threatening me because he wants to talk crazy to my girl it's crazy to think that a store can hire an employee like this and he let him work there and I've heard multiple things about him having the same problem with other people one of the people that he works with will tell you this isn't the first time and honestly something needs to be done before I ever go back and spend any of my money there

I had a pickup for a Doordash delivery I received, and according to the instructions via the app, i pulled up to the drive through window. A snarky gentleman with long white hair at first denied having a Doordash order, and then quickly snapped that I should come inside for pickup. I replied very sincerely that I was only at the window because of the instructions I received in the app. He then sarcastically replied, “sorry”.I remained in my car at the windo, and he did bring the order to me, but not without more sarcasm. He rushed me to grab it from him because as he stated, “ I have customers! That is why you’re supposed to come in!”The last time I checked, the customer that I am serving via DoorDash is also a customer of this store!Furthermore, I initially pulled in the parking lot, and parked my car, preparing to come inside. However, I read the pick up instructions.and followed those instead.This is my second encounter with this man, and he is not a very pleasant person.

I teach around the area and recently saw a viral video on TikTok about the young lady working named Gabby, the video basically praised her on her exceptional customer service and I decided to stop in to see what everyone was raving about since I happen to pass by this location everyday and OMG! I did not let her know I saw the video and I don’t think she’s aware that this video is even circulating but from the time I stepped in to the time I left she made my experience nothing short of great. She holds great conversation, is very knowledgeable about product in the store, and is an all around sweet soul. Truly a breath of fresh air on what customer service is supposed to be about! Continue to be great and strive for those dreams as you talked about! I definitely see what everyone is raving about as she’s the talk around town and on TikTok ! :)

Useful convience store that also sells race gas. However, the only reason Im writing this review is to get someone is a position of authority to take charge of the urinal in the mens restroom. Seriously guys, the urinal has been caked with what looks like crystaline urine for years now. It looks disgusting, and it stinks like a full portajohn in a Georgia summer from four feet away. It needs to be cleaned. Maybe pressure washed. Possibly replaced.

I really don't understand how the own of pit stop allows that racist old man to be the manager!!! I was in there the other night and heard him call a black guy the n word!! By doing this he put customers and his employees lives in danger!!! The level of disrespecting his employees is ridiculous !!! I really hope Theo and owners read this!!! I will never spend a dime at this location while he is employed there!!! I will drive all the way across town to Deianna's store!!! Glenn is the manager's name !!!

This is a terrible place to work. The manager, Glenn, is a wannabe sheriff type that treats all his employees like idiots and will fire you for the stupidest things he can find. My wife lost her job here because she dared ask a friend of his to simply get in line instead of standing by the long line demanding instant service. If you're thinking of applying here DON'T, especially if you're a black male or gay, because he thinks of you as a "degenerate" and will just throw your application in the trash. The store is also dirty, the bathroom is a nightmare, and despite the desperate cleaning attempts by the ever changing short staffed crew, it will always be that way.
