First let me say I'm a long time Bulldog customer. I've purchased 2 golf carts from them over the last two decades. In July I went to Bulldog and purchased a replacement set of 6 Trojan golf cart batteries for my 48v Club Car golf cart ($1115). I removed and replaced the batteries myself at home. When I installed the batteries I noticed one of the batteries posts were discolored. Turns out that particular battery would not charge. After a couple of weeks I returned that particular battery. I wanted to exchange the battery for a "good" one. I was informed by Bulldog that they don't test the batteries, they send them back to Trojan and they give a refund IF they are bad. So if I wanted to use my golf cart I had to pay for the replacement battery out of my own pocket ($192). I told them I didn't agree with their policy, that this was a problem between them and Trojan, not me. I was told it should only take about two weeks to get the refund from Trojan, if they found the battery to be defective. Since I needed to use my golf cart I paid the money and took home a "good" battery. This new battery worked great. However it took until October 2nd to finally get a refund from Bulldog. I called every few weeks to be told to try back in a week or so. Eventually I had to drive over to get my refund. Bulldog sold me a bad battery, they should replace the battery immediately for free. Huge waste of time for me driving back and forth, and multiple phone calls to fix what should be a simple transaction.

easy online booking and the pick up was great. However, our cart seemed to not be up to snuff because it could NOT keep up with the other carts. We actually got lost because the the cart we were following didn't realize we couldn't keep up with them.

The first golf cart I got was underpowered and slow going up hills. The second one had extra play in the steering and was annoying. The pricing is not fair as I paid for a month's rental when I only need the cart for two weeks since the weekly rate for two weeks was more than the monthly rate. Need to be a fairer way to charge for only the days needed.

Very friendly people and the cart was in great shape and well maintained. Pickup and drop off is also very easy and convenient. The only thing that was not exactly perfect was the max. speed, it was lower than others I have rented which tented to annoy everyone behind me. Next time I will test the speed and see if it can be adjusted before I depart.

This is the second time I have rented from Bulldog Golf Cars, and I could not be more satisfied with the customer service I received and the Gold carts rented. I love visiting Peachtree. I feel peaceful and joyful going through the trails. Thank you for adding to the fun of our trip, Bulldog Golf Cars! We will definitely rent again!

I never picked up the golf cart. After I rented it my wife said she couldn't ride in a gas cart because of the smell. I know Bulldog doesn't give refunds. But we did call though and asked to talk to the manager. He never called us back.

so easy. the carts were delivered to the hotel and our group enjoyed driving to dinner and around the lake for a few hours.
