Really excellent team helped with my crosstown move! Zach, Dale, Eddie, and Malcom were on time, very professional and extremely efficient. They were very kind about all the stairs they had to contend with and did an excellent job. I felt like my belongings were handled carefully and my space was treated respectfully. The price was very competitive as well.

I used this moving company and did not have a good experience at all. The truck was supposed to be at my house at 9am and they did not arrive until 10:30. I walked them through what needed to be taken and signed the paperwork. They were aware that I had two slim cabinets in the garage (6 feet tall and 2 feet wide) and instead of putting them against the wall, they put them in the middle of the truck and then stated they cannot take all of my stuff because the cabinets "had to protect my Peloton". This made no sense as the only part of the Peloton that is fragile is the screen and we had removed that and put it in my car. It was not in the truck at all. The base was bubble wrapped and they had a moving blanket on it. There was no need to protect it any further and was not a concern of mine. They made me sign a waiver for the base of the bike but still refused to put all the contents of my garage in the moving truck because they laid the cabinets down. This is not acceptable. This was not a four person household, This is a one person household and I do not have a lot of belongings. I had to ask a friend with a truck to come to the old house the next day to move basic things out of my garage like suitcases, lamps, garden rakes and some shelving that they refused to take.
They also ruined a few places in main walkways on my hardwood floors in my old home and I cannot fix them. There were also several dents in the walls which I fixed with spackle and paint scraped off several parts of my banister which I thankfully still had the paint to fix it. They damaged my front steps as they didn’t pick things up and just scraped them down the stairs.
I paid $1200 for a moving company to show up late, scratch my hardwoods, damage my steps and refuse to take basic things in my garage because of a peloton BASE - that I was not worried about. I emailed the company with this complaint with no reply.

Carl and Clayton came out and removed some big items from the house. They were very careful and did a great job. I could have never gotten rid of them myself.

Jimmy and Shane are terrific! They showed up on time and moved all my belongings. They are experts at stacking everything to make it fit. I will certainly use this company again and again!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company. Very reasonable rates. The guys came ready to work. The crew was led by Randy K who did an outstanding job of leading the crew and packing the truck. Skylar B, Andrew W, Kai P, Deric K, and Josh L worked nonstop to get the job done very quickly ( an hour less than my estimation). They had great attitudes and never complained (even when I kept asking them to take the heavy boxes to the third floor). Great job guys! Thank you for making our move a great experience.
