We have used Better Way a few times to donate furniture. They are always very kind and very respectful of property. They are always very appreciative of the donation.

I I want to acknowledge the amazing job that these two young men (Joshua Do and Malcolm )performed. I actually was not at home during the time of the delivery and the pick up of the old machines. I was in Alabama and my nephew was there at the house. They both were Amazing, from the time that Joshua called to inform me that they were getting ready to bring the delivery and then he also followed up to let me know that they had arrived. IN addition to that Joshua called me upon the completion of the delivery. Joshua also noticed that the washer lid screws was missing and informed me right away. I also asked them about changing out the dryer cord if the new one didn't fit and they both informed me that is was against the company rules. So fortunately for me the new dryer cord did fit the wall jack. So, I just want to recognize these two young men for a job well done . They were very professional, kind, caring and they stuck to the company rules.

We had an old church building that had previous unsold yard sale items. A better way bargains came out and picked up all the donation items and then came out a second time to do a disposable of items for a very reasonable price! Both times, the guys were professional, efficient and well exceeded our expectations! I have nothing but good things to say about them! We would definitely use them again in the future.

We have donated numerous times to A Better Way both by dropping off to their location and by their pick up service. We have also used A Better Way for their removal/disposal services. It is always a pleasure dealing with the guys there. They are professional, courteous and go out of their way to ensure every customer is satisfied with their work.

A BETTER WAY…IS!! I can’t say enough about their Donor Pick-Up. The driver calls to let you know where the truck is and when it will arrive. Once the truck arrives the guys are ready to get the donation and are very considerate in doing so. I will be donating more to A BETTER WAY…in the future.

The young men that came to my house were Awesome!!! They worked SO hard! Giving away my parents furniture was not easy!!! They were patient with me and let me tell them about my parents and our lives together. It make a hard day memorable! Thank you!!!

A Better Way Pick Up did a great job with my donation pick up, and even hauled away a few items that were in bad shape for reasonable fee. Courteous, hard working and kind, I would definitely recommend them.

This place is so amazing! Of course they have amazingly good deals here, but also they really do have such a great selection and plenty of a variety of new items and used items! We have found a few things every time we have come! From appliances, rugs, furniture and some fun toys for the kids!However I can't talk highly enough about the staff here! All of the employees are so friendly and you really feel they are all so happy you are there!! They are more than willing to help with anything and answer any questions you have!!I can't recommend this place higher! You have to check it out!

The pick up crew were terrific. Called ahead to alert us and showed up a little early which was fine. They were cordial, respectful and professional in removing the furniture we donated. They were so careful that they left not a single scuff or a scratch on the walls or woodwork. and yet they worked quickly and efficiently. We will make all our future donations to A Better Way.

Purchased a couch and had it delivered today 9/11. Joshua and Malcolm were FANTASTIC! They communicated with me during the process, were very professional and took care of my new couch and my home during the delivery. I could not be more impressed. I have used A Better Way for moves in the past and this was my first experience with purchasing and delivery from the Bargain store. I will continue to be a customer of A Better Way. Always exceeding my expectations.

I contacted them to donate some furniture items that other donation sites would not accept. The pickup team arrived on time after contacting me to notify that they were on the way. Pickup was organized and quick with care to not damage my home or the items being donated. Pickup team was courteous and personable.
