if you need to return what you purchased they will keep some of your money
my package was never opened returned in unopened delivery box exactly how it was delivered and they kept $90 and was purchased through amazon.
I would not buy from them , just passing on to you find another dealer

This place has the absolute best customer service. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Cori was so down to earth and answered all of our questions. Her organizational board behind her was amazing. Very detailed and easy to read. She is on top of everything. Price was decent for the amount of time we got to keep the golf carts. Our family thoroughly enjoyed riding them on our vacation. If you’re in the Peachtree City area, definitely check them out. You won’t be disappointed!!!!

Rented a golfcart from them last minute and it was a good experience. I rented a gas golfcart because that’s what was left. They gave me a fair price but I would never rent a gas cart again, maybe that’s the nature of gas carts but it slipped/hesitated sometimes getting into gear and was super loud. But for $50 a day last minute I can’t have any actual complaints. I’ll book ahead next time I’m coming into town and secure an electric

Peachtree City Golf Cart (3Guys) disappointed me with their service. 3Guys recently acquired Peachtree City Golf Cart, and they are now providing services for 3Guys. I've used 3Guys' services several times to purchase components, batteries, and other items. Recently, PTC Golf Cart picked up my golf cart to jump the battery. When the driver picked up the vehicle, it was in good condition. When I arrived to pick up my golf cart, the windshield was broke down and the guy Brad was arguing that it was broken already. The driver could have broke it by mishandling it when loading it onto the truck, and mentioned on his report. They did not replace the windshield and requested 50% of the components and labor from me. My argument is that if something happens while they are in possession of it or managing it, they are accountable. Finally, they removed the new windshield, installed my damaged windshield, and delivered it. What a customer service?

Beware!!! I ordered a brand new roof for my golf cart, which cost over $700 from this company. When I received the roof, the frame was broken in half because they didn’t crate it. They just put it in a cardboard box and and so I reached out to the representative over there and they said that was too bad and they wouldn’t give me a refund or exchange for a new roof. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and also several other agencies. Please do not use this company. They are unethical and should not be in business.

I recommend nobody to use this business because this place is full of unprofessionalism lack of community service, false of allegations and discriminating. I will be filing a federal lawsuit for discrimination and also I will be reaching out to the Peachtree city police department I am requesting to speak to the owners as soon as possible. Me and my family got treated horrible poor poor community service, and we are very very devastated

Had a problem with my Advanced EV golf cart and they were able to get it repaired quickly. They even brought it back to me with a full charge on my batteries. I would definitely recommend 3Guys to anyone who needs service or repairs to their cart.

We ordered some new golf cart wheels off of Amazon. Seller reached out bc they no longer had exactly what we'd ordered, but they did everything necessary in order to fix it! Including allowing us to choose other wheels and sending me photos of their displays to let me pick. Also, worked with my husband to make sure our new wheels, etc, would work with our cart. Great customer service, great products! Highly recommend!

We do a lot of our own work to our golf carts and 3 Guys is always my preferred place for parts. If they don’t have it in stock they can definitely get it. I’ve also had them mount 4 new tires that I bought off of the internet and they were fast and reasonable, also happy do to the work for us.
