Very unprofessional.Mika Engaged me to do an appraisal on a home. She stated she needed it quick therefore I went out there quick and complete the inspection and report. She even filled out my order form and signed it. That was August 5th 2022. The date scheduled to do the appointment was August 8th 2022 Its now Thursday and numerous calls, texts and emails have gone unanswered. As a professional real estate appraiser i would expect more form a a professional Real estate Agent and investor. I am now out of time and money and very disappointed with this person. I sent many texts asking for payment to have none returned. Yet when I was engaged she was very responsive within minutes. I will not do business with this person again. Ethics matter. You could have at least told me this was no longer needed and kept me in the loop. Avoiding me is very unprofessional. I believe the real estate board will be notified as well.

Although We are still in the process of finding my dream home I’m in love with the service! She is friendly and accommodating. I never have any issues reaching her or getting my questions answered. She has already shown me many options really catering to my specific style and things I want design wise.she is very professional and enthusiastic about what she does.
