What a wonderful experience and the completed product was so beautiful. From the beginning Clara was so patient with me and she helped me come up with a beautiful selection. Jackie was also very helpful to me and helped me pick out the vanity. The work was so organized and completed in record time. Brett and his crew were exceptional. Justin was so thorough and went above and beyond. They were all respectful to us and our home. Highly recommend Clara, Jackie and the team at Amazon Stone.

The owner, despite being at our house twice, took no notes for our job. I had to write the length of the cuts we wanted on an envelope I had laying nearby. So when our job was ready for the stone to be installed, we called in and no one could find our file with job notes or specifications for our stone. The appointment setter (Candy is awesome!!), said there was nothing to be found. So I told her again our dimensions. They went by measurements only (of which we were told to call in with once the contractor had the seat built). The problem with using measurements only is that they don’t account for imperfections in walls (not perfectly square). When the seat didn’t fit exactly, instead of creating a template to match our seat (as I am told should have happened), they cut the end straight up and down right in our driveway. The stone doesn’t fit the seat right, and is not polished on the end. Unfortunately, there wasn’t enough left to fix it. I HATE IT!! I have to hang my towel in a way that covers it, so that I do not have to look at it. They also did not cut our vanity backsplash as specified. We paid for 2 cutsso that the seams would be hidden behind our sinks. We got 1 cut with a seam showing right down the middle.Being generous with an extra star because in the end, they came back and fixed a very small imperfection with some filler that wasn’t caused by them. But we totally over paid for a job they didn’t do AT ALL as we asked or (as we learned too late) up to industry standards correctly.

Jackie and her team at Amazon Stone is nothing short of amazing. From taking so much time in the beginning to help me coordinate colors, design and style to the amazing guys that did the work so perfectly, their name should be called Amazing Stone!! ? We are ? happy with our kitchen remodel and recommend them to all our friends and family! Out with the brown, in with the blue. Cheerful, calm and bright!

Just had my kitchen remodeled by Amazon Stone. It is beautiful. The little extra touches make such a difference. They were so great to work with. When a small issue came up with some material from a supplier, it was no problem for Amazon Stone. They sorted it out quickly and efficiently, and we are so incredibly happy with the end result.

Such a great company! Highly recommend Amazon Stone. They have a huge range of products to choose from, much of which is on display at their warehouse in Palmetto, GA. Kind, knowledgeable staff walked us through the entire process and made great innovative suggestions. Completed project exceeded all our expectations.

Got two estimates from this company in a period of one year for new countertops. I knew what the square footage was. The first estimate came in at 10 square feet more than was needed. The second was 7 square feet more. That may not sound like a lot, but at around $100 a square foot, that really adds up. It appears that they pad the estimate to scam you. I did end up buying countertops from another company and the square footage that was on my drawing turned out to be correct and I paid a good amount less for the same countertops.

We hired Amazon Stone for a large kitchen make over to include cabinet refacing, and we are now almost a year later with drawers that are busted and broken, drawer fronts that are the wrong size, and one drawer front that is completely missing among other discrepancies, caused by complete negligence. The owner of Amazon Stone made an agreement to rebuild the drawers with like solid wood, stained to match, and replace the doors, but has not only failed to do so, but took one door with him and refused to return it to us even though they advised the Better Business Bureau that they were working with us to come to a satisfactory resolution. We have since been sent emails that seem blackmail-ish in nature, which we cannot agree to. At this point, they are completely non responsive, our drawers are unsafe and un-useable, 23 of them. They have caused a tremendous hardship to us not to mention a huge financial loss. We would not recommend them for any job of any kind. We are a retired military family, and want to warn others who may fall victim to their work ethics and lack of professionalism.

We hired Amazon Stone of Palmetto, GA. to do a kitchen counter top and cabinet job in March of this year. During the course of this job, they caused substantial damage to our kitchen, damage which they promised to correct by having a custom cabinet company come out and rebuild the broken and destroyed cabinet/drawer components, (actually too much damage to list here). The owner of Amazon Stone, Nico, met with us in August and made verbal guarantees to have this work carried out and repairs made to our satisfaction; however, here we are now in December and all that Nico has managed to do is remove a drawer front from our home and fail to return it, and his daughter, Jackie Confer has emailed us, more than once, to make demands of us yet they've done nothing to repair the thousands of dollars in damage that they have done to our home. Our kitchen is only half usable and is unsafe. The drawer that Nico returned to us has long staples sticking out, and they refuse to even acknowledge that they took the front off, all drawers are damaged, etc. This company is non responsive, incompetent, and unprofessional, and will not follow up nor will they accept responsibility for their failures.

Awful! This job was started in March with the countertop install. In May, the subcontractor, hired and sent by Amazon Stone started the cabinet job, what was supposed to have taken three days, which we have in writing from the subcontractor, and is yet to be completed. The subcontractor broke and/or damaged all solid oak drawer boxes in our kitchen, a total of 23, mostly by screwing drywall screws into the sides and fronts, we have new cabinet doors, some of which are warped, hardware placement is not even, drawers and doors are not even, paint is failing and rubbing off, some areas were not painted at all, paint overspray, paint runs, no primer, warped doors, etc. The owners daughter at Amazon Stone first tried to "trick" us into signing agreeing to be satisfied prior to them doing any repairs and they'd agree to putting $1000.00 worth of labor and material into fixing the job. We don't know what it will cost, but it will far exceed $1000.00. We did not agree, so the owner, Nico, and three others met with us in our home in August. It was agreed that they would do all necessary touch ups and paint repair, order cabinet doors to replace the warped doors, rebuild the drawer boxes with like wood, stain them to match our existing drawers, and to be sure that we approved, they would take one of our original boxes and have an exact drawer made. This seemed reasonable. They would also quote on soft close drawer hardware to make the drawers more flush. We still don't have that quote, and we've waited almost 3 months for it. The drawer box was picked up on October 1st, a solid wood (oak) drawer box. On November 1st, the owner (Nico) of Amazon Stone brought both drawer boxes back, the original, and a second unfinished box, with splinters, chips and dent on the edges, a box made of plywood, not stained, and too big to fit our kitchen, not even close to comparable. He claimed to not know what it was made of and did not stay to discuss, simply said he was late, that he was only here to drop off the boxes, and ran out the door, yet, his office set this appointment up with us to meet with him, an appointment that he was 1.5 hours late for. There was no discussion. We have since sent two emails which have basically gone unanswered. The original drawer box was returned to us with the new front taken off and not returned. We now have a drawer without a front. The contents of our kitchen drawers remain in boxes in our study (9 months now) because our drawer boxes were broken and busted when drywall screws were screwed into the sides and fronts of them. They are unsafe to use and unstable. They are a hazard. We have given Amazon Stone over 6 months to make this right, and they promised to do so only to take an entire month to build one plywood box that is not comparable to the material in our kitchen. We have asked them to have their insurance carrier to contact us direct. That has not happened. We have requested them to have a competent cabinet maker contact us direct. That also has not happened. Photos are available upon request.

The experience with Amazon Stone left something to be desired. I ordered backsplash from them and they didn’t order it. When I finally figured out that they hadn’t ordered it I had them actually “order” it. It took forever to come in. I had started looking at other options in the event it didn’t come in and had my heart set on something else but I went ahead and picked up the order when it finally came in. I asked if it was returnable in the event I decided to go another route and was told yes, as long as the boxes have not been opened. However when I did try to return it I was told they don’t take returns. The backsplash is beautiful but now I have product that I won’t be using. Not sure I would use them again. They seem to struggle getting all on the same page.

I really enjoy working with Jackie (and her parents) here. It is a family owned business, and they treat you like you're important! Selection is very good and growing all the time.

We had a small bathroom project but had a clear picture of what we wanted. Many other places wouldn’t respond to our requests for appointments or quotes but Jackie at Amazon Stone was responsive, helpful and fully engaged in helping us!!
