Please don't make the same mistake I did. Check out these reviews thoroughly. My experience was awful and even after I was awarded my money be returned in court, they never paid me a solitary cent. Sadly, people like myself end up buying from A to Z because the price seems better, but in my case I lost every penny paid and then some. The lowest of low, preying in the poor.

The worst business I "ever"done business with.They will lie and tell you part has been shipped and you call back a week later and it's still on the car and hasn't been removed.They're so slow I asked them to call transmission shop and give them an estimate of arrival.They lied and said they left voice mail when thete isn't a voice mail.They take your money and give you every excuse why your part isn't shipped.Find an American owned company!

A complete den of thieves and drug addicts. Dont buy anything from the will not warranty there. Parts or give a refund!! I have the video of where my daughter was given a faulty transmission for 02 nissan frontier that you lied and said you had the transmission and didnt. So waited months on end to get one with bad bearings from you and said you would send a mechanic to check it out then avoided all calls and visits there!! Still have receipt and video of you if you want it posted! What comes around goes around!!! Best believe it!!!

I have ordered many parts from A to Z over the years. This is a full service yard so prices may be more than the once defunct closed Pull A Parts up the road. I don’t mind paying more for good quality parts and not junk parts. It’s true you get what you pay for. I am a repeat customer. Good folks.

The first time I called I got a very nice guy. The next time I called I got a lady who was hi on something, and couldnt even give me the right information or get the right infromaton from me even though I repeated myself 3-4 times slowly and clearly.

I’m was about to buy a part and when he show me the pic I’m was like i see the part before (same serial number .. etc) on eBay way cheaper and from other state

Rude, unprofessional and a rip off. Tried to charge me, a female $100 for a used linkage cable that I had already priced new for $49.99. He thought he saw me coming! Never go there again.
