No one answers the phone. My package was placed on hold by someone in this office. It says it was done by customer request, but I didn't do it. Package still isn't delivered a week later and I can't get anyone on the phone to tell me why. I put in a ticket through the main website. They can't ignore it the way they do the phone. This is ridiculous!! Bad customer service.

The location supervisor here sucks. It because of attitudes like hers that the rest of the Postsl system sucks. Fire them all. Hire folks that will take ownership not just deflect responsibility. I don't know, maybe everyone at the Post Office is defeated. They shouldn't charge anymore because they aren't delivering mail so why charge?

Avoid this place at all cost. My mail is always getting lost or delivered to the wrong address. I have had numerous packages say delivered and never arrive. Constantly having someone elses mail dropped in my box. Do better please or hire people willing to do their job correctly.

I have had 2 deliveries pass through this sorting center on the way to Fayetteville, and both of them have disappeared.

There is a light skin woman who is extremely pleasant, always has a smile and always makes customers feel comfortable and then there is this dark skin women who is extremely rude...she is always rude to me but that don't bother me I have thick skin...what bothered me was how I saw her treat and talk to this customer who could hardly speak English.... so ugly! So inhumane!!! She is a horrible person!!! She is giving the post office a bad reputation...I will one day record her and make her famous on tiktok

I used to love this post office. The customer service was excellent and the staff was super friendly. Now not so much. I spend around 10k a year in postage for my business and have been dropping off packages for 5 years with no problems whatsoever. I can deal with the unfriendliness of the staff, especially the postmaster on a power trip that is there now, the one the reviewer below was referring to, but my last straw was today. Slinging open the side door and finger wagging at my husband in a packed out post office saying you won’t be taking our packages anymore because of the way they are packaged. Accusing him of not paying enough postage and acting like we are trying to scam them. Really? I measure and weigh each package that goes out. All my packages make it to their destination without being charged back on my Etsy label account, on which I get a discount by the way, or a p.o.d. being charged to the recipient. So obviously the postage amount is correct. And the packaging by the way, the post master prior to you already checked on it and it was ok when she called it in. You wouldn’t know that though because your people skills are severely lacking and you never asked. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

This has always been my favorite post office I drive out of my way to come here because the one in Covington is awful as everyone knows but this new woman (the one being talked about in other reviews) is so mean spirited! The last time I went she had an attitude, took my package and literally tossed it from the counter into the bins which is very disrespectful to do with someone’s package, I tried to brush that off but today when I went i asked for a receipt for my packages and she told me after today if there were more than 3 people in line she wasn’t going to give me a receipt, that’s the whole reason I bring them in is to be scanned and get a receipt so that I have proof I dropped them off if any shipping issues arise. In all the years I’ve shipped packages I’ve never been told I couldn’t have a receipt. Then she proceeded to take my boxes and once again turn around and chunk them into the bin. I don’t know what would make someone act that way I’ve always been polite to anyone I encounter there. The woman before her was very nice.

You have to get rid of this dark skinned woman! She has to go! Her spirit is awful! Her Customer service stinks!!! I’m happy to know the other woman who I complained about is gone!!! The way she conducts business is unprofessional! She has an awful spirit EVERY-TIMEI’m a regular! I love this post office only because of my favorite employee Alisha! She’s great with customers, friendly and professional! Keep making a difference Alisha! Your beautiful spirit do not go unnoticed!

I love this location!!!! Art rose and Alicia are the absolute best. Although they do not have any carriers, this is still the best office to ship and to purchase stamps. You guys are awesome!Thank you!!!!!!!!

I really like this post office it's easy to get in and out, no long lines and the people are really friendly. They have plenty of shipping supplies too. Not sure why people have a negative view of this place but it can't be because of the people or this particular post office in my opinion.
